Pros: It was in adequate distance to the location of the event i was attending.
Cons: The desk associate was not in professional attire. There were crumbs in my sheets. Some towels had stains on them. The blanket had wear from clothes-eating bugs.
Cons: dirty, had huge stains on the comforter the size of watermelons. Had to get staff to change the linens. Had to get the staff to vacuum because obviously had not been vacuumed. I have never given a bad review to a hotel before.
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Floor not vacuumed, nasty tissues in the trash, used towels behind tv stand, holes in the walls, stains on chairs, stains on carpet, color stains on comforter, and mold in crease of shower.
Cons: Ice machine did not work and I reserved a king bed and was told none were available
Located in Elberton, Magnuson Hotel Elberton is within a 5-minute drive of Richard B. Russell Lake and Elberton First Baptist Church. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: was older hotel but served my needs was clean
Pros: Comfortable beds, great pillows,A/C worked fine. Outside electrical outlets for charging batteries. With so many LED lights outside, the parking lot looked like daylight after dark. No security worries here! Easy turnaround for truck pulling boat trailer.
Cons: The coffee maker was poor, it overflowed and put grounds in your coffee. Definitely needs an upgrade of the coffee maker. There were limited electrical outlets for charging phones, notebooks, etc.
Pros: price and bed were good
Cons: TV was small, in room coffee maker did not work, furniture was old, morning breakfast was very poor - virtually no good selection, no decaf coffee, nothing hot, No Attendant when checking out. This is not a two star hotel.
Pros: NOT MUCH AT ALL.
Cons: AIR CONDITION DID NOT WORK. REFRIGERATOR DID NOT WORK.
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have multiple locations to plug your boat charger in.
Pros: The wife was extremely kind, great customer service.
Cons: My key card didn't work and I had to wait for the manager to return. No 'sorry for the inconvenience.' I probably wouldn't have been so bothered had I not left to get food and had to wait in the lobby as my food got cold.
Pros: Owner was very helpful and pleasant. Even showed me where I could charge my boat overnight.
