10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing.... perfect for my needs
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bar staff were sweet.
Cons: My room was cold. I asked the receptionist to turn on but nothing was for. I had to sleep with two duvets. The water was lukewarm. The room was nosies - other guests woke me up from 4am. The food was average - the chips were over cooked.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool was great
4.0 Okay
Cons: Lift didn't work and as we had some older people in our company this made it a little difficult. Some of the lights in the room didn't work which made it difficult to get ready. Lack of staffing. Had to go on the hunt for staff when I wanted to order a drink and bar snacks. The heat in the function room was absolutely ridiculous and when mentioned to the manager he totally dismissed us, a very arrogant small man.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good location, nice lounge , staff were all lovely! Nice atmosphere,
Cons: Bad WiFi & phone signal, Tv stations with minimal signal, very annoying! Every day the pool shared with loads of children/babies so steam room was not relaxing at all as advertised ,plus broken seats in there! Lots of stains on walls and carpets , foyer toilets not cleaned Had to search for staff when bar, food or reception was needed very under staffed!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was just a quick overnight stay, had everything we needed for us and our two year old. Would stay there again.

7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly, helpful reception staff. Good access to motorways, plenty of parking available,
Cons: Room décor drab, despite upgrading to a Luxury room. Struggle to see how this locations maintains its 4* status. Drinks prices are on a par with Monaco, beware....
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location and the drive up to the hotel was fantastic. Reception staff were lovely. Great food!
Cons: Seemed to be a lot of problems going on at check in for at least 3 of the guests who checked in same time as me. It desperately needs a makeover. The lounge area is stuffy and doesn’t encourage you to stay for lunch. Loads of things missing from the menu though the food was nice. Drinks were expensive. Spa is a shambles. Obviously there was some cheap deal going on so it was absolutely rammed. Not enough poolside seating by a clear mile. Main area is a cold pool, steam and sauna. In the extra paid for area is a few more steam/saunas, a foot spa and ice machines. Absolutely not worth the extra fee per person for use at all! The rooms were like something out of the 80s. Carpet was threadbare in places, it was extremely basic. Such a disappointing stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This weeks stay the hotel was much quieter. The staff were just as nice. Funnily enough the hotel seemed to fare better when busier.
Cons: On quieter times I think the breakfast would benefit from a more personal service for guests with individual orders.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Facilities are very dated, very noisy from outside doors when in room, toilet made terrible noise, no water supplied, fruit bowl as dated, not to fussed on evening meal but breakfast was fine, staff were lovely which played a big part of enjoying your stay otherwise the place is very dated
Cons: Staff
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all really good and friendly. This was a very busy week in the hotel. The breakfast was very hearty. The breakfast gang of Beth Steven Doreen et all worked very hard. Receptionist Kate was very attentive. We were here for valentines my birthday and a seminar where George looked after us extremely well and was a credit to the hotel.
Cons: The main entrance is a semi circle where smokers congregate and smoke and leave spent butts on the ground. The no smoking rules really need enforcing here. Also in the spa cafe the dress code should be adhered to- at the very least a dry robe.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, lovely grounds and perfect for what we wanted
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the room, the food at breakfast and dinner.
Cons: We loved the hotel and will be back.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality and food
Cons: Bigger TV in the room
6.0 Good
Pros: Spacious and comfortable and relaxed
Cons: Bland music, not quite polished
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Everything else
Cons: It was raining and it sounded like I was sleeping next to a river as the windows were single glazed and I guess the gutters to the back were broken or poor design, it was room 31 up in what would have been the attic, poor access if you are old, the room was nice and the bed was clean. The whole point of the stay was because I was starting a new job the following day didn't want to do with 150 mile drive in the morning but I would have been better off doing that as I was up at 4am because of the noise from the gutters anyway
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Welcome,, dinner with excellent food:excellent breakfast and service....lovely personal touch of cake and card for my friend`s 70th Birthday...lovely.
Cons: I have stayed before and found everything first class. I would say the drink prices are expensive. I think folks would buy more if prices were wee bit lower.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a nice quiet hotel as it was away from any hustle and bussle you get in busy areas. The place is decorated nicely. Very clean, staff friendly, cosy bed, shower has good pressure, breakfast was nice too. Didnt eat at restaurant as ordered food in. Only stayed one night.
Cons: It was not near a main road and had to drive though the quiet narrow country side roads with no lighting on for a while to get to location. I dont like driving in dark personally and rely on street lights due to poor eye sight...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room with a lovely view, partner ordered room service and meal delivered in 15mins which also was very nice, breakfast was plenty full and very tasty, staff could not do enough for you excellent service throughout our stay

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing property in lovely location. Friendly and accommodating. Travelling with two small dogs and they were made very welcome
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting. Comfortable surroundings. Very pet friendly. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Large rooms, comfy beds. Fabulous jacuzzi bath. Breakfast is top class, one of the best!! Freshly cooked and quality ingredients.
Cons: The only downside was that the shower could only deliver tepid water at best. It was lovely to have the jacuzzi bath but in the morning we would have preferred a shower. In the middle of winter it was impossible to stand under the powerful but cold water. The room rate would be more justified and competitive if it included the cost of breakfast.
6.7 Good
Pros: Very traditional. Comfortable room. Reception staff brilliant. Very clean. Gorgeous room and view.
Cons: Ran out of parts of breakfast. Restaurant staff rude. Bar staff overwhelmed. Crumbling wall under bedroom window.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, get a lovely family vibe. Lovely breakfast, plenty of options. Very comfy beds, good Wi-Fi.
Cons: Not the hotels fault but the weather was horrible so we couldn't enjoy the grounds and gardens.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was a large family room with a double and single bed. Booked it due to having my 12 year old boy with me. Room large and clean, furniture was OK, a sofa was also in the room. All round very comfortable though the double bed left me with aches in the morning. My son said the single bed was one of the most comfortable he had used. The bathroom was a good size though the shower a little small for me and took quite a while to heat up. Towels were nice and fluffy and fresh. The dining/breakfast area was lovely, nicely appointed and rustic. we did not eat at the hotel other than for breakfast which was very good, nicely presented and made fresh, in all the breakfast was excellent value. The staff were very helpful and could not do enough to make sure our stay was great.
Cons: As mentioned, bed left me with aches and shower a little small for me and took a while to heat up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. I had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely, highly recommend.
Cons: A couple more towels would be handy.

Pros: Amazing hotel extremely spacious
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fantastic, with a bathroom to die for.
Cons: I could not get in to the restaurant because they were full.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: One of the bests hotels ive stayed in, very luxurious, high class.
Cons: Having to pay extra £10 an hour for the spa facility.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Massive room and the bathroom wow looks like you was on a ship. Check in very clever with the newspaper. Breakfast great especially getting a omelette being made fresh in front of you. One of the best hotels we’ve been to.
Cons: Corridors a bit to dark.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: over all the experience was top notch
Cons: Didn't like the wait at breakfast, my wife and others waited nearly 15 minuets for bacon at the hot plate and I ordered a plain omelette and waited nearly 15 minuets, that put a dampener on the departing, at the time it really wasn't busy.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room we had Superior Dockside, was unbelievable!!! Absolute luxury. Friendly helpful staff too.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that you have to pay £20 pp to use the leisure and spa facilities. A little disappointing on an otherwise perfect hotel experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, not a bad word to say!
6.5 Good
Pros: The feel of the hotel was really good.
Cons: The restaurant really lets the side down. Unclean glasses and cutlery and the food isn’t to the standard it should be
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Cool rennovated warehouse with appropriate light industrial finishings. Nice blend of retro with very modern upgrades. Less than two miles to Anfield ( we walked back from match - all downhill).
Cons: Service (front desk, bar, and concierge) did not match otherwise outstanding facility. Distance from downtown perhaps made ready cab or Uber service a little longer than normal. Staff appeared newly hired and perhaps less experiences in how things were supposed to work. Tried hard but had to seek directions from others. Given time on the job, expect service will improve. Would give another try.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Despite the epidemic, the service is extremely pleasant
Cons: Lack of usb on the sockets.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful decor was spot on

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms had a terrible smell to them.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Absolutely disgusting I’m mortified me and my autistic son were given nearly 3 rooms and all were vile splattered stains on walls roses on floor under bed from valentines night which was a week before my booking I had to spend £104 to stay at titanic hotel at 1.50am as I didn’t arrive until 12.30am due to unfortunate circumstances within my family. I’m still to this day awaiting my £81 refund. This hotel has my email and not even an apology from the hotel manager, I’m chasing this case up wk commencing 30/3/2020
Cons: Everything totally shocking as I imagined this hotel to be amazing from what the pictures and write up states before booking
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Perfect location for the Albert docks and city centre
6.0 Good
Pros: The bed was huge and nearly filled the very small room. Views of the river Mersey from window. Excellent location for the city centre and tourists.
Cons: Room far too small, bathroom ridiculously small, had to step in to close door to use toilet and virtually touched the walls when sat on toilet. Would dispute the 4star rating as advertised
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location only
Cons: Late on check in about 1 hour The house keeping was very poor in english
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely friendly, helpful and professional staff. The fire alarm went off during my stay and the staff handled it beautifully. Fortunately it was a false alarm, but they were so cool, calm and collected, it was very reassuring.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room. It was cozy. Mattress was comfortable. Location and the old victorian style building.
Cons: Bedsheet wasn't clean as there were noticeable stain. Shower was very hot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old building. Decor in rooms and hallways a bit dated, but too be honest, it would detract from the character of the building if it were updated. Great breakfast.
Cons: Only complaint was the whole place could do with a THOROUGH clean, as there is dust/grime. These comments are not based on a ONE-OFF stay, as i have stayed here MANY times in the last 3 years.
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: Old building that needs to be renovated. Bathroom sink and tub (no shower) are from the 1950s with the porcelain sink badly damaged.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was nice and the history of the hotel
Cons: One of our rooms was nice comfy and beautiful. The other had the worst beds with popping springs I’ve ever stayed in
4.6 Okay
Pros: Good location for pubs clubs.
Cons: The room was very old and tired. With patch work plaster work on the ceiling. Bathroom has a depressed look with loose tiles and bath panels were loose. The room was Located above the kitchen ventilation units which kept turning on durning the night keeping my self and my friend awake. The one window we had was disgusting hadn’t been cleaned in ages with other people’s writing on it. All in all very disappointing and not value for money. Asked for a late checkout which came with a charge of £10 parking was to the rear at a cost of £12 per day which we knew about in advance.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: Slow service, cramped dining area, old fashioned facilities and aged appearance
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Ended up goin home early hours in morning as bed was vile had dirty sheets looked like the beds hadnt been changed would never stay their again

5.1 Okay
Pros: Theme is interesting for those who enjoy the Beatles, and the hotel is located centrally.
Cons: Staff was incredibly unhelpful - they ignored my wife as she struggled with two bags through the doors and up the 10-12 stairs required to get into the hotel. One of the same people who ignored her later made an extra effort to walk over and stop us from walking down a staircase to view the Beatles memorabilia. Overall, the experience was off-putting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant room! 100% worth it(especially if you’re a Beatles fan)
Cons: Nothing it was absolutely amazing
4.0 Okay
Pros: location is excellent, the door staff are really nice
Cons: the weird atmosphere in the bar - it felt like we were in dusk till dawn and put us on edge - we found another bar even though we were staying in the hotel

Cons: Pleased with everything. Will definitely return.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location great. Very clean & comfortable. Bar with different live music at weekends.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Very quirky
Cons: Very expensive
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Right next to music bars including The Cavern.
Cons: Noisy due to location. Music can be heard well into the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and Beatles memorabilia
Cons: Not a thing
6.0 Good
Pros: Location good TV programming. Including Sky sports
Cons: Bathrooms very dark. Bad lighting. Breakfast selection ok at best
6.5 Good
Pros: Location was very close to Cavern Club.
Cons: Check in was confusing, person at the counter acted as if it was her first hour on the job. Went to lounge for a drink, was hoping to hear beatles music... after all, we were staying at the Hard Days Night Hotel. They were playing beatles music, but it was so soft we could barely hear it (and not because there were so many people talking, there were only 4 people in the lounge). I asked them to turn it up, which they did ever so slightly. Still only soft background music. We were not looking for loud, just something we could hear without straining. Had yet another bad experience with concierge (Kevin). We had purchased tickets to the Cavern Club Beatles tribute band show through the hotel. Asked Kevin when we should plan to arrive for the 8 PM show to be sure we got seats (explaining that I had read on line that seating was limited and you had to arrive early to get seats even if you had purchased tickets). Kevin dismissed my concern, saying we just had to be there at 8 and handed us the tickets. When we got to the room I read the tickets, they also said that seating was limited and that a ticket didn't guarantee a seat. Decided to ignore Kevin's guidance and it was a good thing we did. We arrived at 7, people were already lined up. By the time the doors opened (7:45) the place was full of people lined up to get in. We got a seat, but had we listened to Kevin we would have been standing for the entire show, which ended just after midnight.

Pros: close location to city centre amenities
Cons: no tea making facility in room
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good location, cheap, provided toiletries
Cons: Wasn't very clean, air conditioning/heater unit was very noisy and you couldn't turn it off and it kept coming on throughout the night waking you up. Walls were very thin, you could hear other guests when they returned in the middle of the night.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The position of where the hotel is situated is definitely the selling point
Cons: The bed was very hard,we didnt get a very good nights sleep at all while we stayed and the postion of bed was not very good ,there was not enough pillows and also not enough towels for the price,i think the staff could try and explain where your room is due to the sign posting is a little confusing and takes a little getting used to. Also the glass door the shower room is not a good idea if you need the bathroom in the night and you need the light on,then this lights the bedroom up and wakes your partner up.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean
Cons: the room main door was a bit shaky and the toilet door was making a screeching sound, otherwise everything was exceptional. My suggestions for the travellers following into the business season

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived on Friday night to a clearly very busy reception with just one staff member on duty (Dale), he remained calm and cheerful and checked us in with all relevant information. Once in the room we rang for room service and again the kitchen was very busy, noticing we did not get an answer Dale took it upon himself to take our order from reception. The food arrived and the gentleman apologized profusely for the wait (only 30 mins). We assured him not a problem, the food was great so in our opinion great service at a very busy time, THANKS
