Cons:We left 2 days earlier but couldn’t get reimbursed for 2 last nights. I had paid a pet fee for the entire week and the staff was unable to charge 2 nights back for that as well. We had booked and paid for a room with 2 double beds. Upon arrival we were told that the 2-bed rooms were all booked and we had to stay in a room with 1 queen bed. Although we were 3 people. We were able to change the room the next night. As an „ inconvenience“Token we didn’t have to pay the pet fee for the first night. The room was definitely a smoker room and smelled terrible. All the hallways smelled strongly like someone smoked marijuana in their room. In our first room, the fridge didn’t work. In our second room the hot plates in the kitchen didn’t work. We called the front desk three times but they didn’t even bother sending someone. They told us to turn off all the switches in the electrical panel and turn them on again. We stayed 5 days in total because we didn’t have a choice. I would not recommend this hotel to families with young children.

Pros:Nothing. I ended up going to the hotel next door. No one at the check in desk- waited 5 min. There was a running car outside the door with two people inside. The back door from parking garage had broken glass covered with a piece of cardboard. Not very safe! Scary place.
Cons:There could have been someone at the check in desk and building in better condition.

Cons:Everything was filthy. The parking garage and stairwell was littered with trash. The carpets throughout the hotel looked as if they were not vacuumed in weeks. There was blueberries smeared all over the wall in the elevator. There was hair on one of the pillows on my bed. My room reeked of cigarette smoke. If you are desperate and need a cheap place to stay, it works. Other than that, I would pay the extra $30 + and stay somewhere else.

Cons:Five days of no housekeeping service and I got charged because what I left required a dumping fee to cleanup really.

Pros:Very comfortable, and clean. Don't have to go far to eat or see a movie everything is right there.
Cons:Every time I stay at Extended Stay I always have to call front desk for cups. There's NEVER any dishes in our room as advertised. No plates not pots no cups etc.

Pros:Anywhere that charges less than $150-$200/night in NY should be considered for carefully. The other reviews were on point with the stale cigarette smell, dingy rooms, and bare minimum amenities. There are those nappy/pilly blankets on the bed that you know are never washed. Bed was uncomfortable for my back. No dishware for an extended stay facility???!!! Drunk guys lining.the area behind the hotel between the parking lot...did not feel safe.

Cons:Absolutely terrible!! A non smoking room smelled like smoke because the smoking area was right below our room. Elevator was a mess. The room only had 2 towels and pillows the size of tic tacs. Several of the doors to the rooms near us either didn't have closers or were broken because the doors were slamming all night. Management was very slow in responding to a couple arguing right outside our room. The coffee was horrible and the "breakfast" was a joke. Never again!!

Pros:The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. The parking however was in a parking garage behind the building. Make sure you go to the middle of the building where the elevator is if you need it. Checked the room for bugs etc and there was nothing. Had a decent sized flatscreen tv
Cons:When I Checked in, the staff was not the nicest or patient enough. I just tried to make sure I had everything needed and they were cutting me off mid-sentence constantly showing no patience with me or kindness. Although the place had wifi, it was slow and you had to pay at least 4$ a day for an increase in speed.
