Cons: Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family.

Pros: The crew was perfect

Cons: No wi fi on the plane.

Pros: Great and friendly crew

Cons: In-flight system had some problems and seats seemed a bit uncomfortable

Pros: Perfectly on time, no hassle, seat OK. This is the way I appreciate a flight.

Cons: Food. No choice, three "madeleine" (sweet) cookies for all, no sugar-free (salty) alternative...

Pros: Good flight, got home early.

Pros: crew was fine

Cons: terrible space/legroom. Very cramped tray table, couldn't fit laptop on it. Made me check my carry on bag. not even gate check, checked to baggage claim. Yet there was still overhead space once I got on. Lots of . overbooking - should never happen in this day and age. Delta does not deserve its "#1" rating. The rating system seems biased. Probably paid off by delta. Southwest is way better for economy class.

Cons: Flight delayed for 2 hours

Pros: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Pros: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Cons: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Pros: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Cons: All good up to the level

Cons: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Pros: Great Friendly Cabin Crew

Cons: Entertainment System Poor choice of films - Bad Sound System

Cons: Even a small coffee/tea service would be a nice addition.
