Pros: We had an awesome stay, we stayed in the Crocodile cottage, it was warm and well equipped, clean and we spent time relaxing there. The main house was also really lovely with a spectacular view of the mountains. My family really enjoyed the stay and the place exceeded our expectations. Thanks to our hosts Guy and co.

Pros: This place is exactly what you want whenever you want to relax and enjoy a home feeling in the mountains. Or whenever you have to recover from a long trip. It has a central location between Jo'burg and Kruger Park. The owners and staff are extremely welcoming and the views are amazing. There is a little bird and two dogs which we fell in love with. Thank you Norma, Hilda and Helgor for the amazing night.

Pros: It was a last minute booking coz we were disappointed at a place we've booked for... we were welcomed with warm hands the food was amazing. The staff were so friendly the place itself was so comfortable my kids loved it. It's a pity they couldn't swim because of the weather. I'm definitely going there again.
Cons: Nothing at all. It was a short visit but we enjoyed.

Pros: The hosts were amazing! They made us dinner and were so warm and welcoming!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A charming old property ,rooms were large and nicely furnished . We were greeted by Sue who made us feel very welcome , and made sure we had everything we needed. We met owner Terry in the small bar and again made very welcome meeting local and visiting people . Good breakfast next morning , it was in a good location for us on our way to the Kruger.
Cons: A little difficult to find , as dark streets ,thought we had missed it !!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay! It felt like the traditional BNB experience where we were welcomed and treated like family. Friendly discussions, excellent food! and very cared for. Jaco took great care of us by cooking dinner and breakfast and offering a taste of Amarula, engaging in conversation, leaving an umbrella outside our door when the clouds came in, providing driving tips to our next destination, and leading the way out of the city in his car since there was road construction going on. Beautiful little town and a perfect stopping point to relax and be well taken care of. The malva dessert was amazing!
Cons: The room and bathroom is slightly dated and the shower temperature is tricky, but this adds to the charm of the location and is out weighed by the friendly hosts and good food.

Pros: Felt like we were the only couple there, serious romantic suite. ❤️ Ambiance with lighting in the room, fireplace and decor was too die for.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed very comfortable
Cons: I realized that the property over worked staff which I think is an abuse of workers,I arrived on Friday same staff for dinner, breakfast the following day Saturday,Luch and dinner,Sunday breakfast still the same Team,,this is an abuse of Labour practice in SA.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The setting, the lovely staff and the size of the room and bed (larger than standard).
Cons: The decor, furniture and fittings are all dated. It's as if it all was designed and installed 20 or more years ago. The facilities have been well used. The towels especially were old and hard/rough against your skin. Definitely need to upgrade the towels.
