Pros:Drop off was super easy and I got an even better car than I expected.Cons:The all fees including the deposit should have been included in my reservation details. Pros:Staff member Sarah was very nice.Cons:The initial car had a broken windshield washer, and I was told there were no other cars available. After a call and a couple of trips back to the car rental place, they were able to find another car. It would have been unsafe to drive a car without a functioning windshield washer especially on snowy roads in Colorado.Reviewed 29 Dec. 2019
