Nothing it’s my first and last time renting, I went to pick up the car, did not know that I needed my credit card. Went to get the card came back from a ten minutes drive to find out that they have no cars available. And before I left cars were availableReviewed 1 Mar. 2022

People at the location I rented were excellent. Mitch helped me from start to finish. A very good experience at this location. Car was good for the money. I had unpleasant experience the previous time I rented from Enterprise at different location. The right people are making big difference. Everyone at the Enterprise Rental was nice and professional. Pick up and drop off were very easy. That said: The price quoted by Priceline (via) Kayak was not honored. Instead of $290 (taxes included) due at pick up, Enterprise charged $383 at pick ($50/day instead of ~$40/day) The car I received smelled of stale cigarette smoke, which I didn't realize until I got home because I normally drive with the windows down. We did try to switch cars halfway through the trip (We drove from Brooklyn to Chicago) but it was Thanksgiving weekend so no cars were available. So we drove with the windows open a crack throughout our trip.Reviewed 30 Nov. 2021

Kayak and enterprise took my money and my reservation and there was no car when I drove 1/2 hour to get it. I’ll never use kayak or enterprise again. You wasted 160.00 of my money in cab fare. I never got a car.Reviewed 6 Oct. 2021
