The Enterprise in Norcross was really run down and it took about 20 minutes for them to pull around our rental car, which ended up being a very compact Mitsubishi Mirage, whereas we had booked a small sedan. The rear drivers side door was missing the rubber seal, which did not really cause any issues on our drive, but did not give us great confidence that they had inspected the car very thoroughly since the last customer returned it. Never the less, the car was fine for our needs for the week, although the check tire light turned on then off a few times during our travels, which was a touch worrisome. All in all, a decent experience and an easy breezy drop off experience when we returned it to the Atlanta airport.Reviewed 23 Apr. 2023

Pros:The staff was very friendly, the problems was that I had made reservations early,but when I got there, I still had to wait a while and when I made reservations, they never said anything about a $300 deposit until I got there to pick up the car and the car was not vacuum nor did it have mats in it other than that I can say that the staff was very friendly.Reviewed 20 Apr. 2021

Pros:Customer service at the location was good Car was dirty though. Rented a van, one seat wouldn't retracy in to the floor. Good thing we checked fluids - power steering and antifreeze below minimum and radiator almost dry. Could have been a disaster. .Reviewed 26 Apr. 2017
