Pros:Chris at Enterprise, Beacon was my pick-up and drop-off connection. Chris has such a positive personality and knowledgeable about his business. He was quick with the transitions, got me in and out. Highly recommend for NYC rentersPros:Our friends turned us on to renting from Beacon Enterprise and it's hands down the best way to get out of the city, so long you can pack light. The Metro North is an easy ride, Enterprise will pick you up at the station, and you get to joyously bypass alllllll the traffic in the city and get on your way. It's also very affordable and far, FAR friendlier than any other location near the city.Reviewed 6 Sep. 2018

Stay away from EnterprisePros:The car I had was really nice. The customer service was not. First off, I had no gas in the tank to begin with and they expected me to bring it back with full gas. Second of all, all of the times before I rented with Enterprise, I never had to put no more than $25, but this time, $250?!? That's insane. Third of all, why is it that I don't find out until I'm ready to pick the car up and pay them, they tell me I can't rent from out of state?! I'm from NC and couldn't rent the one in NY. First time I've ever herd that. Never again will I rent from them.Cons:The car I had was really nice. The customer service was not. Pros:The guys at this Enterprise office in Poughkeepsie were friendly and efficient! They really knew how to take care of us for our weekend economy rental. I really appreciated the ride to and from the train station! That's a big plus.Reviewed 28 Dec. 2016
