Pros:Staff was friendly.Cons:The vehicle was filthy inside. There were crumbs everywhere in the back seats. The non smoking car was definitely smoked in a reeked of cigarettes. The navigation screen was busted. On top of all that, one of the tires had a significant leak and I had to put air in it several times. Very bad experience.Reviewed 30 Dec. 2020

Pros:ConvenientCons:They charged me for every scrap of insurance they could even though we had a whole conversation about how good my USAA insurance was, they told me I would regret not getting insurance. Cons:We were unable to deliver the car on time due to a snow storm. We still had to pay for the additional day even though we could not move the car due to 15” of snow on the ground and secondary roads were not ploughed.Reviewed 10 Dec. 2018

Great Customer ServicePros:The customer service was fantastic. From pick up to drop off, it was top notch.Cons:That particular vehicle needed either redesign or new tires. Did not handle well in the rain at all. I could not tell if it was just the design of the vehicle or the actual tires and did not check in the rain.Reviewed 13 Nov. 2018
