Pros:Staff was friendly.Cons:The vehicle was filthy inside. There were crumbs everywhere in the back seats. The non smoking car was definitely smoked in a reeked of cigarettes. The navigation screen was busted. On top of all that, one of the tires had a significant leak and I had to put air in it several times. Very bad experience.Reviewed 30 Dec. 2020

Pros:ConvenientCons:They charged me for every scrap of insurance they could even though we had a whole conversation about how good my USAA insurance was, they told me I would regret not getting insurance. Great Customer ServicePros:The customer service was fantastic. From pick up to drop off, it was top notch.Cons:That particular vehicle needed either redesign or new tires.
