Pros:I like how everyone had to stay outside due to the COVID-19. It felt safer that being in an enclosed area.Cons:The tent was too small. I was standing in the Florida sun for about 10 minutes. Oh, yeah, it was during summer time.Reviewed 29 Jul. 2020

Friendly staff but car rental experience; not so muchPros:The staff that assisted me were very nice and friendly.Cons:First SUV I was given was filthy with food wrappers from prior guest and Enterprise did not clean vehicle. Second SUV given was a nice upgrade but needed immediate maintenance service while in use and was advised to either go to Firestone or put oil in car. We will not be be using Enterprise again.Reviewed 28 Aug. 2018

Pros:The price was a lot better compared to the FLL airport. Note that this office closes at 6pm. They were easy to work with and made it easy to change our dropoff location. It cost us an additional $50 to change. I would recommend them.Reviewed 4 Jan. 2017

Horrible AttitudePros:The first guy helping me was very adamate about NOT writing down prior marks that were on the car. My car had multiple cigarette burns and the Check Maintenance light was on. When I asked for a copy of this, the sales guy got very nasty. He was sighing and rolling his eyes. Kept saying it's in his computer and he wouldn't write it down. I then started to voice my concerns and the guy told me I had two choices! At that point I knew he was going to tell me to leave but luckily another guy stood up and took over and he was very nice and switched me out of that car and offered me multiple cars to choose from. But then he scared me half to death about getting into an accident and how my insurance wouldn't cover everything 100% due to their guidelines. The guy talked to me for about 10 min straight about getting " their" insurance. In the end I didn't but I have never been so worried in my life about driving a car. Needless to say, I will never rent from Enterpeise again. In fact my experience was so horrible and offensive, I plan on contacting the regional manager.Reviewed 22 Dec. 2016
