The worst experience every. Rude workers, I stood there for 15 mins before someone even said can I help you. Then when the did finally help. This place did even have the vehicle I reserved the night before. Then Instead of calling to inform me. They let me come down there to just tell me there was not car there for me. The truck I ordered was not available, but was still charged the 2 days of insurance from Allianz. I am assuming there is no further communication between Kayak and Enterprise after I press reserve...Reviewed 19 Sep. 2022

Not thrilled with the Nissan Kicks vehicle overall, especially as an upgrade/up-charge from a VW Jetta. We wished we'd stuck with the Jetta they offered, (the Maxima equivalent we booked), not just for more space - but didn't like to poor driving visibility in the Kicks. Definitely would not rent a Kicks again. All the people we dealt with at Enterprise were helpful, friendly and courteous. My bad on trading down to a much lesser car than we booked and then paying more for it!Reviewed 4 Sep. 2021

Pros:The staff at the Gold Star Blvd location was excellent, drop off was easy.Cons:I had a reservation for an SUV, but they didn't have one. Stuck with a minivan, had to exchange it at a different location the next day.Reviewed 4 Nov. 2019

Pros:Both the Worcester and Westboro MA offices did an excellent job taking care of my needs and requirements.Cons:Would prefer if the rental cars had a full tank of gas upon pickup. Much easier to fill up properly when returning the car.Reviewed 13 Feb. 2018

Filthy carPros:Counter service was super nice and apologetic the type of car I reserved was unavailable.Cons:The car I reserved was not available. Three new Subaru's in the lot would not start so I was given a just returned Nissan Versa. The car reeked of throw up and when I stopped down the road to fill up the gas tank which was on empty - I then saw the entire drivers side of the vehicle has throw up from the drivers window all down the car - now frozen in the lovely weather. It was a long ride from Mass to New York in a puke smelling tiny car.Reviewed 1 Jan. 2018

Well located, good desk person, pick-up was botchedPros:Good worker on the desk. Threw in a break on fuel policy to compensate for the clueless driver sent to pick me up -- basically at the hotel across the street from the rental branch!Cons:Pickup driver got lost and delayed the delivery, so I was late getting to the reunion (for which I had traveled hundreds of miles by train!)Reviewed 15 Nov. 2017
