Solstice Hotel Ascend Hotel Collection

NO pool, though pool is advertised. Exercise Room consisted of 1 machine not in working order, a recumbent exercise bike and a treadmill - but was locked, and staff had no way to unlock it. Breakfast was VERY salty eggs and sausage.

Access to the advertised pool and exercise room would have been appreciated.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!

It is under construction! The girl at front desk had no clue what she was doing and had to keep call her supervisor, than finally we get our key for our room and it was not cleaned! Beds not made garbage everywhere! Went back to front desk than after another call to supervisor we had keys to another room! As we come to that door there was a do not disturb on door but we entered to another room that beds were not bad and garbage everywhere! Went back to front desk and asked for our money back and again had to call supervisor to say it would take 5 to 8 days for corperate to refond our money! Never again! We were there after our father was life flight to the Erie hospital and just needed a night rest!

Run Down w/ Lack of Service

The beds were nice.

Nothing else is updated. Walls are patched with paint in odd spots. The furniture and chairs are all worn out. We needed a crib and they said someone must have walked off with it! Um, what? They didn't even offer to borrow one from one of the 10 neighboring hotels.
