Pros: Crew and pilots were amazing. Very comfortable flight.

Cons: Cabin was a little to warm.

Cons: Took far too long for drinks service into the flight. Almost 2 hours in before drinks came around to me

Cons: The seats are too hard to sit in for more than an hour or two, and would sometimes not stay reclined. There were no free snacks or food, and it was a five hour flight.

Cons: The food was overcooked for dinner and breakfast was a veggie wrap which was soggy and strange. Bring food with you!

Pros: The flight was really on time and the flight crew was just amazing. The overall experience was exceptional. Will recommend this servic to any one who will like to travel

Pros: Nice touches like pillow and blanket, lots of movies and hot meals.

Cons: My seat was very uncomfortable for such a long flight! It didn't recline and was cramped. Also I have terrible nut allergy and when I tried to communicate that to the flight staff the kept telling me to tell someone else.

Cons: The plane was delayed due to waiting for people to clear customs.

Cons: Terrible. Flights delayed by 90 minutes. Then on boarding we as a couple weren’t sat next to each other on the four across plane, but in the two aisle seats. This was bad. But then no one was sat next to my wife. So an empty seat, my wife, me, then a stranger. C’mon Air Canada, figures it out.

Pros: There was enough leg room and boarding was done reasonably quickly.

Cons: The flight was delayed by 15 minutes without explanation.

Cons: Front right lav door hard to latch, headphones worked on one side only, gap in middle of lie-flat bed.

Cons: I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly.
