Pros: A flight of about six hours with no entertainment. It delayed for more than 4 hours and no one said anything.

Pros: I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again.
