Cons:After taking a taxi to the airport, we were surprised to hear from the associate that apparently the amount paid via Kayak was only an estimate and that the actual price would be more than three times the original price. Because of this we cancelled the car reservation but were stuck paying taxis there and back and paying nonrefundable insurance. The associate was rude and gave no other options. Pros:At the counter I was surprised to learn that I must purchase VERY expensive insurance option to rent the vehicle. This was previously undisclosed. The cost of the insurance was higher than the cost of the vehicle.Cons:The disclosure of the rule must happen at the time of booking with an option to select the insurer online. Making your customers captive leaves very bad taste.Reviewed 2 Feb. 2019

Pros:Nothing. I was ripped off and lied to.Cons:They would not rent me the car for the price I agreed to online. They were forcing me to use their insurance even though i had my own insurance, which doubled the price. When I returned it they said I “crashed” the car and made me pay $100 to fix a tiny scratch which i definitely did NOT do!Reviewed 25 Jan. 2019

Old carsPros:NothingCons:The first explorer broke down that suv was 8 years and 80,000 miles noise and banging around on the road. They then gave me a midsize suv I was stuck with until I returned to the airport to swap that out for a full size suv. This was again an 10 year old vehicle witch stunk and the seats were locked in position .I was then forced to upgrade to a 12 passenger van. again another old vehicle with 80,000 miles and all cars were extremely banged up. If you want a worthy vehicle go elsewhere because Europe car is the worst. No customers service no assistance and no support.Reviewed 13 Apr. 2017
