Cons: Despite one piece of carry on per passenger they run out of overhead space. The boarding process is unbelievably slow. Far too many with no apparent reason to pre-board are allowed to pre-board . Wanted to buy food were nearly out of any of the choices by row 34 so no food 5:36 minute flight ridiculously poor planning in my opinion. Very little leg room as configured.

Pros: There were only snacks, no setback entertainment

Cons: Aircraft had no WiFi, broken tray table and was pretty worn.

Cons: There were so much miscommunication. Coming from Hong Kong it was late for 3 hrs , then I need to pick up my luggages and went thru immigration. Missed the flight to Toronto, checked at the counter and was told did not need to pick up my luggage until I got to Atlanta. Well at Toronto, my luggages didn't go through. I had to pick them up and went thru immigration on the USA side again. Missed my flight again! It was so frustrating except all the employees were very nice and helpful.

Pros: Once again, the people were friendly, but I did not really experience much since I went to sleep as soon as the plane took off. I did, however notice that the seats reclined a little more than normal (which was amazing for me). I had a comfortable flight and caught a great nap.

Pros: Delta did find us a new route to get us to our final destination after west jet booked on a flight that was already sold out .

Cons: We had to add on an extra connecting flight . We had to then fly from Toronto to Detroit then on yo Atlanta .

Pros: This is what an airline should be like in the US - 1 bag checked without fees, food - snacks and light meal (even on short flights), LEG ROOM, reasonable airfares. Thankfully I live near a Canadian airport. Greedy US airlines with its no-service-unless-you-pay could take a lesson.

Cons: I am completely satisfied with the airline and its services.

Cons: The space between seats is tiny, even when I paid more, no internet during the fly, old movies, nothing new
