Pros: The crew was very attentive, helpful and wonderful. I’d like to mention food too: excellent, fresh and wholesome!

Pros: Not a lot.

Cons: Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund.

Cons: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Cons: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Cons: Food options

Pros: I’m a fan of Icelandair. We have only done the Saga Upgrade so I cannot speak to economy. Food is great, seats are comfy, and entertainment is great.

Cons: I don’t really know what happened but it was over an hour for us to get our bags afterward at SFO which caused us to miss our connecting flight to LAX, so we had to wait until next day to fly. This was also the busiest travel day of the year and storms everywhere so likely out of their control. Not the hugest deal but was harder to get on connecting flight since Icelandair doesn’t have a ticket counter at SFO. Would never prevent me from flying with them again, I always have issues at SFO so avoid that airport altogether anyways- will try to go around going through there on our next iceland trip!

Pros: It was OK experience. Nothing special.

Cons: I was overcharged for luggage. Was not given the chance to pay when checking in online so was charged top rate for 1 piece of hold luggage at the check in desk. A flight that was a reasonable cost became expensive.

Pros: The Capain kept us well nformed

Cons: 4 hours trip, international, and only food to purchase.

Pros: Flight overall was unremarkable. Aircraft was almost twenty years old and looked it.

Cons: Boarding via a bus was painful and inefficient. BA is selling more flights than it can accommodate at Terminal 5. Because plane was so old, the screens for the entertainment are laughably small and faded. Seats themselves are tired, with wobbly and dirty tray tables, and seatbacks that don't recline properly. Seat power is the outdated Empower standard, which doesn't work without a special adapter which virtually nobody has.

Cons: TAP doesn't understand the first thing about customer service.

Pros: I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again.

Cons: Train the staff to be nice and pleasant
