There was fine print that required a round trip flight in order to rent from the provider they offered to us. We were not flying and were not notified until less then 24hrs prior to us getting the car so it had to be cancelled. There were no other vehicles available once cancelled.Reviewed 17 Mar 2022

My rental was 177$ and they charged me over 490. They explained that there was some 250$ added in case something happened. It took a long time to rent the car and they needed my car policy number, etc that was a first for me for all rental cars. I tried to reach them to get the correct amount charged. on the location they said they were working on it and 4 days later, my credit card charged me the wrong amount, so they have done nothing to correct it even after two emails to them. Please stay clear from this company, very shady and untrustworthy. I don't even know why they are still in business. They tried to sell me an upgrade for the only car they had- I had a compact but the only car they had was a van. they tried to make me pay for the upgrade... and eventually said" you were patient so we are going to give you an upgrade.... Pros:The guy who rented us the car. He was super friendly and helpful.Cons:The fact that when I selected the car it was a small car booking said like a Chevy Spark or Kia Rio. When I got email and paid already it said you booked a “ Smart Car” at $150+ per day.. I was upset. So after we hit there of course was up sold as we can’t fit in smart car!!! So for a rental that I picked up at 8pm on Tuesday and returned at 12:30pm on Thursday cost me $339, Absolutely ridiculous and the vehicle had the strongest smell of marijuana it was bad. When the agent took us to car he even was like “Wow” that’s bad, I’ll make note, but didn’t offer a discount or a new vehicle. Will be the last time I book a car through this site!Reviewed 21 May 2021

Pros:The employee that helped us get our car was there at both pickup and drop off. He was so helpful and went above and beyond! The best customer service I have received in a long time.Cons:I reserved my car for noon on Monday. My flight got delayed so I called to make sure that I would still be able to hold my car. I was on hold for 1.5 hrs and finally decided to email. Via email I was told they could not. It was so frustrating. The person that emailed me was so so rude. Once we got to the airport the employee was super helpful but it was the most frustrating experience up until that point.Reviewed 6 Apr 2021

Pros:Staff was horrible & uncaring. Flight changed times earlier on day of fllighttbeyond my control. They said they close at 8pm & flight was due in at 8pm, would not wait 15mins said I needed to cancel which put me in a huge bind. Not a good turn outCons:EverythingReviewed 5 Apr 2021

Pros:We thought we had a reservation for the evening when we arrived. We received an email that said if we didn’t pick the car up by noon we would lose it. We emailed customer service to see if they could assist us. The responses were short and stated reasons why it was our fault with no effort to help us with a rental.Cons:A reminder email to confirm our reservation and customer service that tried to go above and beyond vs the experience we had.Reviewed 5 Apr 2021
