Cons: People wiping down their seats during the flight .... how silly

Pros: The crew was polite and professional. Boarding went very smoothly and the flight left on time. Baggage was very quick when we arrived in Seattle as it was already coming out when we arrived in the baggage claim area.

Cons: I would have like to have been offered disinfectant wipes to use on the food tray. Otherwise it was a perfect experience.

Pros: Due to COVID 19 we got a 737-800 on a route that usually boasts nothing better than a 717 so everything about this flight was superior to normal runs.

Cons: I wish DL could find a way to better manage food and drinks during the COVID 19 restrictive era.

Pros: Crew was amazing before and after the flight! Delta really showed if the world isn’t doing well, that their staff will keep those problems outside the plane and keep everyone calm and safe. Thank you Delta!

Cons: Absolutely nothing. I’m going to join the miles points with Delta.

Cons: Excellent service and experience and the reason I always fly United!

Pros: Easy boarding

Cons: Crew did the minimum, when I asked for a water an hour after the beverage service the flight attendant became clearly annoyed. I did get the water. This has happened regularly on other United flights that I have been on. It seems to be a strategy to discourage passengers from asking for anything.

Pros: Economy plus was quite comfortable.

Cons: The storage space would have been woefully inadequate if the flight was full.
