Pros: Our flight got in a bit early

Cons: We sat in the plane for 30 minutes after landing waiting for the gate to clear.

Cons: Seat was tight in the shoulders 3 wide for a grown man.

Cons: Delayed by an hour and then the took nearly an hour to board when they made people check their carry-ons and their printer broke..

Pros: Seat spacing was good, entertainment was good

Pros: Boarding went smoothly. We were on time. Attendants were excellently friendly and efficient. That is so nice to not have a grumpy flight attendant. Drinks are ridiculously priced, but I wasn't suprised. Great flight.

Cons: I wasn’t able to choose a seat

Cons: Generally announcemect is too fast and not clear, especially the boarding anouncement regarding the order of boarding is not clear. Please be more considerate for the aged and hard of hearing, infrequent traveller.

Pros: online checkin, fast boarding (a total of only 27 passengers undoubtedly made boarding much quicker), had extra space due to the sparse flight; smooth flight, good refreshments, pilot did a good job of keeping us updated on runway/gate status

Cons: on board crew didn't seem interested; empty cup was never picked up; upon leaving the aircraft (after a 30 minute delay due to a problem at our gate) none of the crew said as much as goodbye or thanks. I know it was a late flight with very few passengers, many of whom may have slept, but as such I thought the crew should have been more attentive and friendly at departure. A disappointing experience.

Pros: Uncomfortable, babies crying. Flight attendants disappeared after first drinks. No offers of head phones, snacks etc Delta Flight from Tampa to Minneapolis was excellent

Cons: Everything. Will not fly air Canada again. Even if it costs me more money.

Cons: My luggage had not being delivered yet. Somebody decided not to located it to my conexion with COPA in Los Angeles. I am wondering if I could have access to my stuff before going back home in Vancouver. My family is waiting here for the gifts that I bought for them. I am feeling really embarrased with this situation.

Pros: It was on time, and quality service, but actual comfort of flight was not good, landing was very rough and we seemed to circle around Los Angeles for a while before landing. Also, the headphone jack on my screen didn't work so I couldn't movies which was disappointing on a 3 hour flight.

Pros: What did I like? Not much. We kept hearing over the PA about how Air Canada had been voted Number One airline in North America in 2017 but I was blowed if I could work out why. I have travelled quite a bit both Stateside and overseas and can tell you that AC does not come up to the standard set by Qantas or Southwest here in the States.

Cons: It felt as if the seats were even closer together than on the flight out. It was tight! It was the second leg of a flight from Taiwan and having experienced the extraordinary politeness and courtesy of the Taiwanese it came as a rude shock when the hefty AC (female) attendant banged the back of my seat, exhorting us with a "Would you guys get your seat backs up straight for meal service". The tea was pretty grim too and I suspected it had been made in a coffee pot.
