Pros: The crew was good with the equipment they have. The aisle is to narrow to walk down normally. To use the wc it is almost impossible with the cart in the aisle and other passengers . I am tall and the seats are cramped and not enough space between them.

Cons: Our flight going down was 1.5 hrs late departing... Mechanical and over an hour late returning.....another mechanical .

Pros: Loved the extra leg room.

Cons: Food was horrible, had two bites and didn’t eat the rest.

Cons: Exit seat wasnt a full exit seat just a slightly larger row and did not recline. Seats were smaller than usual too.

Pros: Quick boarding. Clean plane.

Cons: Disgusted that baggage wasn't included in the ticket price. I've taken the route 6 times, and this is the first time baggage wasn't included in my ticket. Seats were very small and cramped, with very little room. Not enough space in the overhead lockers for baggage which made cramped seats even more cramped. The TV didn't work either so was a long flight with little entertainment.

Cons: It was too warm. The air above was not cool

Pros: Crew was great, everything was timely and efficient.

Pros: Great aisle seat on a modern plane.I was in the middle seat on an older plane for the trip there (close to 8 hours), and it wasn’t as comfortable. The trip from Reykjavík to Seattle was great: comfortable seat and more room, though they were both in the same fare class.

Cons: Was put on a different flight and had to fly to Germany. Then an 8hour flight to Toronto. Very annyoing and inconvenient

Pros: Karl was amazing! So helpful and sweet!

Cons: Having the crew tell the guy behind me to plug in his ear phones to watch the video in his phone, rather than me after 20 minutes of noise.

Pros: Decent crew, nice snacks.

Cons: Wifi shonky - didn’t work most of the way. Entertainment app didn’t work. Lengthy delay.

Cons: Information on when we can check in on upcoming flights. Other airlines we have booked for flights will email us 24 hours prior to departure. Virgin Atlantic did not. I had to call and I was directed to their web site and was able to check in on line. Thanks

Cons: The service on Virgin Australia is quite poor. They are barely around. The seats are also only mediocre

Pros: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Cons: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Cons: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Pros: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Cons: All good up to the level
