8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and Evening meal in the restaurant were both 1st class. Room which I think was for a disabled person was fairly basic but ok
Cons: A very small television?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was outstanding (I tried two of the specials - both were superb). The drinks selection was excellent. The staff were very hardworking on a busy evening (Saturday) but still very accomodating and friendly. The location was very remote which was perfect. The bed was very comfortable (best night's sleep I've had in a long time). Would thoroughly recommend!
Cons: Nothing... Maybe the TV was a bit small
7.0 Good
Pros: Room, ambience
Cons: Breakfast was not as good as expected
6.0 Good
Pros: The room looked lovely and was the one that I requested - the four poster room. The mattress was very comfortable and the room had great amenities.
Cons: The bed creaked terribly, every time we moved in the night it woke us up, the floor was also very creeky but I understand that it's an old building. The walls are very thin so you can hear the conversation next door. The bath hadn't been cleaned, it was gritty in the bottom, had marks all over it and didn't drain, this meant that after trying to get the correct shower temperature I had to stand in freezing cold water or start again after it finally drained. The breakfast was nice, however, the menus on the table said it was £8.50 each, we paid £9.50 each on here when booking the room, so maybe don't prepay.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room with views of parkland. Staff very helpful, nice meal.
Cons: The cleaning could have been a little better ie bedroom carpet and headboard
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent, without exception. The bed was extra comfy and although the bathroom needed a little tlc, the value for money was brilliant.
Cons: Bathroom needed some tlc
4.6 Okay
Pros: The staff
Cons: No hot water, no working phone, no toilet paper. Tired room with very old dirty shower cubicle. Only stayed one of the two nights booked, management very poor at handling issues raised, basically said I was lying, despite reception telling me others had reported no hot water too. Real shame as staff were very friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of the reception and the cleanliness and comfort of the room, well done, parking facility.
Cons: Better directions, the post code sent us up the wrong road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and cosy nice clean rooms excellent breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overnight business stay where it was late when I arrived. I was greeted perfectly upon arrival and escorted to me room. The room was perfect and clean and upon entering the bathroom I was greeted with the ducks sat in the bath to also give me a warm welcome. (nice touch). Breakfast following morning was to a very good standard and I would rate it. Infact if I am down that area again I will certainly be returning.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: lovely breakfast in a very nice dining room and a comfortable room what more can you ask !
Cons: The location was much further than stated from town. We were paying uo tp £9 for a cab.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was awesome, with the testing times due to Corona virus, the staff were amazing with food being served to our rooms dinners and breakfast. Thank you again to all the staff for making it as pleasant as possible.
6.0 Good
Pros: Room provided all required facilities. Large comfortable bed. Good service and quality of breakfast.
Cons: Parts of the room were not warm enough. Lighting was not adequate/appropriately arranged to support working at the desk.
6.0 Good
Pros: Great location, nice quiet countryside, lovely hall and bar, nice food, very welcome, worth a visit but check events there, doing a few and might be worth booking in for!
Cons: Room was cold, when arrived.
7.7 Good
Pros: Very helpful staff, they have made a real effort with the new rooms. Very pleasantly surprised and will come back again.
7.7 Good
Pros: The room was very well decorated and furnished. We received perfect customer service - even from someone carrying a pot of paint!!
Cons: The room was quite cold when we got there but after the heater had been on for 15 mins it was cosy!!
4.7 Okay
Pros: The hotel is in a lovely location and the rooms are comfotable and clean, There is a nice bar and lounge area.
Cons: No bath in the room and a very small bathroom.
6.8 Good
Pros: Newly refurbished rooms. High standard of cleanliness. Ample free parking. Polite and helpful staff. Good selection on breakfast menu which was very tasty. Good location, situated in nice quiet parklands just a few minutes drive from Faversham town centre.
Cons: Not enough wardrobe space. No chest of drawers for clothing. Poor lighting in bathroom and no shaver point. No clock or phone in room. These are only small points which may be addressed once refurbishment is complete and did not spoil our stay at all.
5.6 Okay
Pros: The family who run this hotel are really trying, it is a new venture and they deserve to succeed. They are friendly, cheerful and helpful. The dining room is light and pleasant and breakfast was very good. Our evening meal was of a fair standard and value for money.
Cons: If I had not previously booked and had just driven up to this hotel I would not have even entered,it does not look like an hotel and the surroundings are rather derelict as this is part of an older hotel that was destroyed by fire. However I would have been the loser. They still have some way to go getting things quite right in the rooms (mirrors and electric plugs etc and no glasses in the bathroom) but these are only minor.
6.8 Good
Pros: Excellent staff - the 2 guys are extremely friendly and helpful and making an enormous effort. The rooms were well decorated.
Cons: Lumpy bed on 1 side. Shower going hot/cold.
6.0 Good
Pros: Reception, restaurant, views and peace and quiet.
Cons: Bathroom.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Front of house staff excellent in the main - big thanks to Sharon in particular - two evening meals in the restaurant were of a high quality, breakfast also similarly presented. Setting and location of the Inn was excellent as our base for exploring both Faversham and other parts of Kent locally. The room was acceptable for the price paid in terms of size.
Cons: The housekeeping seemed somewhat random - beds not made up, items missing from the refreshment tray on a couple of occasions. Management was informed of this and and were accommodating in return. The room was on the top floor of an historic building - clearly this would have impacted on the shower suffering at times from both inadequate water pressure levels and heat retention. Beds were comfy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable, the location right in the town centre and the staff helpful and professional. A great place to stay with a nice pub garden.
Cons: Everything was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: When we arrived located in a good location in the town centre comfy cosy and excellent facilities staff welcoming efficient service excellent always very helpful going above and beyond very clean rooms food is really good they ask before booking if you have any food intolerances or allergies which is very helpful made to feel so welcome room was very large sized rooms tea and coffee facilities in room with a good choice aswell as a very good size bathroom with a lovely little range of complimentary toiletries Food is excellent as brekfast was included in the cost and a very good selection of choices for brekfast cooked to perfection so all in all would definitely reccomend the sun inn for an overnight stay and only less than a 10 minute from faversham station and very easy to find The manager brendan made us feel so welcome he goes above and beyond nothing is ever too much bother at all always ready to help and assist you in any way he can
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was spacious and lovely. Breakfast was great.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in centre of Faversham and easy access to public car park.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms and good food and great location
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was modern, clean and well equipped. Beds comfortable and breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The approach to the rooms via the staircase was tired and not terribly welcoming.
7.0 Good
Pros: Lovely pub, comfortable $ spacious room, good breakfast and an excellent dinner.

6.0 Good
Pros: Our evening meal and breakfast were excellent.
Cons: Our bathroom had a very noisy masserator which went off even when we brushed our teeth.
4.7 Okay
Cons: Room above pub where band played until 1110' no sound insulation, when complained was asked to join in and have free drink on them.
7.0 Good
Pros: Plenty of room to move around. Bed was comfortable and the Breakfast Superb!
Cons: The Toilet roll rail was loose and the TV had only the basic five channels so definatley needs upgrading to have the Freeview Digital Channels! And coludn't get to sleep until after 11pm when the pub closes.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location, quiet and not too expensive.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The staff and customers were very friendly
Cons: The room was very compact and the small bore plumbing did make quite noise when flushing the toilet but this was shortlived
6.0 Good
Pros: It was a nice character building. Cosy
Cons: The room was at the front on the street and it was noisy there was also a lot of noise from a banging door late afternoon early evening from the pub below.
7.2 Good
Pros: The room was quaint and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that this was not a large chain hotel.
Cons: The only negative comment I have is that the toilet in our room ran all the time (but, nothing a minor plumbing repair wouldn't fix).
6.4 Good
Pros: Size of room; heat, cleanliness. Overall quality of food served. Friendly approach of staff.
Cons: Unfortunate that the pub does not serve bar meals on Sunday evenings, and was not serving on New Year's Eve. This was understandable, but somewhat inconvenient.
5.6 Okay
Pros: Town centre location
Cons: The menue was expencive compared to similar pub hotels that we have stayed in
6.0 Good
Pros: Friendliness of staff, position of hotel. Food was well cooked and presented, and reasonably priced, all made for an enjoyable stay. Keep up the good work. Well done to all, thank you.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: What can I say the rooms are second to none you would expect to be paying £100 + at other hotels these rooms are as good and better than rooms I’ve stayed in at all the holiday Inn paying £39.99 for for this is great
Cons: Only fault is parking you have to find place on street or public car park at a fee and no discount for staying at hotel but it is bang in centre of town
9.0 Excellent
Pros: There rooms at this property are second to none I really don’t think there is anything they could do to improve it the only exception being is the lighting like most hotels I’ve visited and stayed they are all dimly illuminated with no way of altering the settings which I think they should maybe think about installing dimmer switches
Cons: Parking can be bit of a pain and no discount from hotel for using private car parks
