Needs work
Decent location if you're visiting St. Louis. It's just outside of town on I-44. The room looked like it had been recently painted, newer furniture, and maybe flooring. If you're on a budget and can't afford anywhere else it will suffice.
The room had poor lighting, and was lacking some comforts. There was a mini fridge and a small coffee maker, but only one packet of decaf coffee, and not a cup to be found. The shower head only had half the water flowing through it. I couldn't get the bottom faucet to stop running so all the water would come out of the shower head. There was a cigarette burn in the sheets, although they appeared clean. There was wood flooring, which I thought was odd for a hotel. They were painting some exterior of the hotel, and it appeared that they were in the process of doing updates and repairs, but the place still needed some work.
The only thing I liked about it was that it was close to Six Flags. That's what we were there for.
The hotel as a whole looked like a crack house. There was no water in the pool, everytime someone turned on the water the pipes made an awful noise, guests who lived there was up late being loud so it was hard to sleep. The rooms had been remodeled but there was holes in the bathroom wall and roaches on the toilet and the floors were filthy. We had to have them change the sheets because there was stains on them. The lady in the office was very rude and we called several times asking someone to come take care of a hugh wasp nest outside our room because my husband is highly allergic, but no one ever did. . I will NEVER stay here again.

The Super 8 is also near other area attractions, close to Downtown St. Louis- 15 miles and allows easy access to all major Interstate Highways. Sure to please the busy executive or leisure traveler the Super 8 amenities include complimentary wireless high speed internet, some rooms have micro-fridges, complimentary Superstart Breakfast, outdoor swimming pool, Guest Laundry, local newspapers available, and parking available for RV/Trucks. Sorry, no pets allowed.
