6.3 Good
Pros: Room was ok Very nice food. Beautiful chateau to visit, nice area.
Cons: Electricity problems at our room Very slow service. Just an example. We asked to turn the music on in the restaurant, as we had a birthday party there with friends, and after 5 times reminding they didn't. Same was with everything. They charged us too pricey for everything. We brought oysters with us and asked to open and they did it in terrible way. Waiters aren't professional. No skills about etiquette. Very deep village, sorry for saying that.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice cozy place, comfy room, bath in the bathroom, convenient parking, friendly personnel.
Cons: Hammam in spa did not work, sauna stopped working at some point, there were no towels. Restaurant is a bit overpriced and would be great to have a bit more fish dishes, we were told that the drinks from the bar are not available in restaurant.

Pros: Breakfast extremely expensive but good. Breakfast staff good. Dinner excellent. Room poor. Badly decorated with a terrible bathroom with a shower designed for a dwarf and poor water pressure.
Cons: The bathroom and the room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: They host are a terrific couple. They invited us to sit and enjoy some recently pressed apple cider which was delicious. Luckily I was able to get wifi and use Google Translate to conduct a delightful conversation. They sent us to a very nice pizza parlor for dinner in another nearby village and even called ahead to make sure the restaurant would stay open.
Cons: We stayed in a separate building with a lovely apartment. Very comfortable but to far from the main house to connect to the wifi. No matter, the host was very accommodating and let us come to the house if necessary. You are in a small French village so enjoy the location and hosts, they are wonderful. Thanks

Pros: Fabulous owner, breakfast, space, views

Pros: Marie-Claire made us extremely welcome. The ambience of the property was wonderful and the extensive grounds surrounding the house were beautiful and tranquil. Would like to return at some point and highly recommend to others.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of Champagne region of France. It was a perfect place for us to relax and explore the area. Our hosts were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We traveled with our 1 year old and they gave us twice as much space than we booked and paid for. They cooked the most delicious breakfast for us and even had a special breakfast treat for our baby. They are the most welcoming hosts you’d ever meet!
Cons: There was absolutely nothing not to like. The property and owners were simply amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners are very friendly. The room was big and clean. The location is peaceful & quiet. It is near a lake.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Can tolerate for 1 night ONLY- Convenient and not expensive. But you do get what you pay for. Pleasant staff were very helpful when the power went out in the middle of the night. They helped us get another room the next morning at the non-Budget hotel right next door so that we could shower. The staff had quite a lot of stress because the foyer and entire downstairs flooded. They were helpful in allowing us to have our included-breakfast at the non-Budget hotel right next door, as well.
Cons: VERY, VERY small, cramped rooms for my husband and for me AND for our 3 guests who shared the 2nd room. No place to put clothes, coats, toiletries, etc. No room to, hardly, walk either. VERY, VERY bare-bones/basic.

7.0 Good
Pros: Reasonable
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great evening meal, especially the salad buffet. Very helpful and friendly staff allowed us to store our bikes in the conference room.
Cons: The breakfast was okay, but mainly that’s me just not liking the French breakfasts. There were unlimited, bread, jams, coffee and croissants so really it was pretty good.
7.1 Good
Pros: Price
Cons: Room and breakfast did not meet expectations.
6.3 Good
Pros: I like the "American" style where you can enter your room directly, without having to go through the reception or any other building.
Cons: Some of the things were not that clean. Ex.: the platform under the mirror had many hairs. Bathtube was missing the piece to stop the water from draining.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good black-out shutter, comfortable beds and nice tiling in the bathroom. We appreciated having tea- making facilities in the room, though we would have liked a teabag each!
Cons: The hairdryer was far too heavy and powerful even on the slower setting. It was very frustrating having to keep logging in to the WiFi every quarter of an hour or so! Very unstable connection.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We were visiting the American battlefields in and around Château Thierry this hotel was perfect for us. Close to the A-4, and the battlefields could be reached without driving through town which was very convenient. The drive into town was short and there are many restaurants available to choose from. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and value.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice personnel although the first lady at reception did not speak English... in a hotel reception. Neither one of the waiters.
Cons: Not much variety in the breakfast. Well situated for me (job travel). Cleanliness of room regular (much dust over tv, toilet silicones black coloured...) Needs a restoration.

Pros: It was ok
Cons: It was ok
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenience, the gym facilities, reception staff were very accommodating. I also had a very spacious room/mini-suite which, for the money, was very good. The whirlpool bath was a nice surprise.
Cons: Restaurant was a bit disappointing. The WiFi was hopeless. I applaud the use of low-consumption bulbs but the lighting was unpleasantly dull. Not much in the way of a desk for working. No foreign language channels on the TV.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Restaurat
Cons: Housekeeping attention to detail was haphazard. Didn't replace empty soap dispensers, toilet paper, coffee, etc. regularly. Internet access was sporadic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast and dinner. Wifi in room. Two chairs
Cons: Location. It is far from any commerce.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location for easy access to charles de Gaulle airport. Comfortable room with balcony overlooking the valley. Some traffic noise but double glazed window meant not a problem. Great restaurant and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Château Thierry village is interesting as birthplace of La Fontaine and only 5 minutes by car from the hotel.
Cons: We couldn’t work the aircon but not a problem as it was not too hot or cold.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Meals excellent and reasonably priced as were drinks. Staff friendly and helpful.

2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: First of all they didnt find my booking even though I showed the confirmation. I was mixed up with a totally other person. Room small, one towel per person for hands and shower, terrible Traffic just outside and really disturbing, hot in the room, so you had to choose between bad sleep and opening the window or getting too warm A smell of to much cleanser when entering the hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location by the river bank, next to a mall. Quiet place. Good breakfast. Italian restaurant nearby. Free and convenient parking.
7.1 Good
Pros: Helpful staff allowed us to put bikes indoors to keep them safe. Decent breakfast.
Cons: Bathroom was not clean and had a very nasty looking stain running down the door!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was standard European (excellent breads); coffee was great. The bed was comfy and clean and the staff was fantastic as always. This is a very good hotel for the money and we will continue to book with them as we travel through the area
Cons: No real complaints. The toilet didn't have much power, so flushing was an adventure. Staff cleaned our room despite the "do not disturb sign" being up; could have been an incident had our dog been in the room alone. But like I said, no real complaints; we like this place
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good stopover, no restaurant at the Ibis but good Italian across the road
Cons: Nothing really
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good overnight stop. Good Italian restaurant near by.
Cons: No air conditioning! Very hot when we were there!

Pros: great location close to supermarket, and town. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they had a safe place for my bike. The room was basic, but clean and had everything I needed. Great for the price
Cons: It would have been nice to have fresh coffee available, without having to buy breakfast. The room was dark, I couldn't open the blind. Not complaining though, it really served my needs.

Pros: I LOVED everything about the property but especially Jean-Pierre and Bruno. Such a very warm welcome and stay. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The bar has so many choices for champagne, I couldn’t taste all of them, but Jean-Pierre is an excellent guide. Bruno’s dinners are exquisite and breakfast is perfect. Then there are the adorable dogs! Many, many thanks for a superb few days.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The chateau is set on a slope running down to the river Marne and has well tended and interesting gardens. It is full of interesting bric a brac. Our room was comfortable with a view over the gardens, as have all the rooms I believe. The bedroom was supplied with a small fridge and a kettle. The bathroom is modern and a large size. Jean Pierre our host is a delightful extrovert who kept us amused as well as providing for our needs. He runs an excellent restaurant which provided us with some of the best food and wine we had during our holiday.
Cons: There is a narrow and slightly rough road leading down to the parking area at the bottom of the property.
7.5 Good

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpfull welcome, delightful old house, good breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The design and arrangement of the room and breakfast
Cons: All ok
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, cozy and artistic home. We have stayed twice, each time was excellent in terms of owner, quiet, facility, location, breakfast and French press coffee. Breakfast in the garden was lovely! Public parking was close and easy but be careful if the square will host a market the following morning. Marrakesh restaurant 1" walk away was excellent. Enjoyed the beautiful town, market, and American Cemetery at Aisne-Marne (Belleau Wood). Steps could be difficult for mobility impaired, but fine otherwise.
Cons: The bed was a tad soft. We had difficulty locking the door but it was rather late to wake the host so we managed to secure it on our own. Next time I would review the door lock mechanism with the host at check-in. Enjoyed the beautiful town, market, and American Cemetery at Aisne-Marne (Belleau Wood).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was a very cute inn. Good location. Nice town. Breakfast was very nice on the beautiful patio. The owner is very friendly.
