Cons: Terrible. Flights delayed by 90 minutes. Then on boarding we as a couple weren’t sat next to each other on the four across plane, but in the two aisle seats. This was bad. But then no one was sat next to my wife. So an empty seat, my wife, me, then a stranger. C’mon Air Canada, figures it out.

Pros: Flight was on time, crew courteous.

Pros: The crew that greeted us (and sorted out seats) was excellent.

Cons: We had booked seats together two months before our trip; when we checked in (both legs are Star Alliance, but Air Canada—one leg both directions—did not allow any on-line seat choice or changes), we had been separated to different rows altogether (and since it took two Air Canada trips to get from Vancouver to Denver; the first had mechanical difficulties an hour into the trip and had to return), and there was no way to change it online or at the airport.

Pros: Smooth flight no issues.

Cons: Be prepared to pay for food. You do get offeted water or coffee or soft drink. No offer for a refill. No snacks.

Cons: no food available to be purchased. we left almost 2 hours later than scheduled and were very hungry.

Pros: Head flight attendant who gave all the message was not friendly, rushed through her messages like she was not enjoying herself at her job.

Cons: We left the gate late by 20 minutes only to stand in line with 8 or so other planes waiting to taxi to runway for take off. No explanation was given. However pilot did make up 30 minutes of that time in the air.

Pros: Crew was friendly and professional.

Pros: That it arrived eventually without crashing

Cons: Boarding. Sitting on a tarmac in hot stuffy plane for 40 min is not why I was looking for

Pros: The crew was friendly, and the entertainment choices were pretty good.

Cons: By the time the food service cart reached us in row 28 of about 33 or so, my choices for food and drink were both sold out. It would have been less of a big deal if our earlier flight hadn't been so late that we couldn't grab something to eat before boarding.

Cons: They should tell about why they are postponing the flights constantly. Just a flight delayed 4 times and no explanation.

Cons: Short flight, would have appreciated if when asking for pretzels the flaggt attendant didn't hand me the spare bag of his pockets.
