10.0I needed to change to a room to accomdate 3 people they did it no problem. Called me to verify everything. Gave me a room down stairs in Hotel del Corso it was outstanding. The aromatherapy shower was fantastic. Will definitely recommend to all my friends

Room and location were wonderful. Staff extremely friendly.
Noone would let us in the outer door to check in. Had to sneak in when another guest left the facility. WiFi there is very poor. Almost no connectivity (worked very slowly on one of three devices for about ten minutes during ourstay).

Courteous staff, lovely room, great shower and wonderful location.
The first 2 flights / hallway before reaching the second floor. It took away from the hotel experience.

Great location and service. The room had a balcony and nice new shower. A great feature was the unique roof access with awesome view of the duomo. Great breakfast.
