Pros: The plane felt new!

Cons: The carry-on space underneath the seat was limited by the entertainment system box

Pros: The captain was very professional

Cons: Departure was late because of problem with thrust reversers. Once the plane started to push back after 1,5 hours delay, we had to return to the gate for another 30 mins because of an error on the maintenance logbook entry.

Pros: The entertainment program was exceptional.

Cons: The crew wasn't very friendly and gave the impression they were tired of their jobs. The afternoon 'snack' pizza disguised as a hot-pocket in a small box was served 40 minutes before landing. This snack wasn't enough and wa served far too late for a flight that lasted 11 hours.

Pros: This was a prompt, well organized flight. In-flight entertainment on AA is always decent.

Cons: Front right lav door hard to latch, headphones worked on one side only, gap in middle of lie-flat bed.

Pros: The food was exceptional! I’d order it again at a restaurant if I could!

Cons: Still normal awkward/tight economy seat. It’s to be expected but the coat hook and free slippers make it better than a lot of other airlines.

Pros: Seat comfortable and the seatbelts actually fit!

Cons: I had a flight with a connection starting at 6 PM on a Monday. At 5 AM the day of the flight I received notification that the first flight would be delayed, making connection impossible, I was prompted to select another flight to arrive to my destination. I chose a flight with a connection staring at 7 PM. Upon getting on the first flight we began to prepare for takeoff. After about 30 minutes the pilot notified us that we would be delayed 40 minutes because we had nowhere to land at my connection airport. I realized at that point that I would possibly miss my connection, which was scheduled at 10:20 PM. However, I did arrive at the connection airport around 9:40 PM which would have given just enough time to arrive at the connection gate. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the connection airport the pilot informed us that we would have no gate to de-board the plane. The pilot stated that all connections "were aware of our delay" and gave us the gates for each connection. I got off the plane at 10:15 PM and ran to my connection gate arriving exactly at 10:20. The gate attendants informed me that my flight had left, my bags were on the way to my destination city and that I would need to spend the night in the connection city. The attendants, appeared disinterested and impolite but upon prompting provided us with a hotel voucher for the night. The next day we arrived at the airport 2 hours before boarding and waited at the gate. When it was near the time for departure we were informed that the plane had been downgraded and requests were made for some to give up their seats for a later flight or check carryon bags to make room for other passengers. While some lined up to give up their seats and bags, those who chose to remain on the original flight were forced to wait before boarding the plane. We were then told that we would have to wait until the pilot and crew arrived before boarding. Scheduled departure time was 5:46 PM but the time got pushed back until we boarded around 6:30, departure was rescheduled to 6:50 PM. We boarded the plane and waited for departure but a few minutes later the pilot informed us that "he just got here" and that there were mechanical problems that would cause further delay. After an hour we were informed that the plane was not able to fly and instructed to go to another gate for another plane. Departure time got rescheduled to 8:30 PM. The plane departed after 9 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM for a 5:46 PM scheduled departure.

Cons: Food

Pros: Seats and layout was updated. More room in economy. Staff was personable 3 bathrooms in economy rather than just 2.

Cons: Offer dinner service for a six hour flight.

Cons: Old Aircraft, no power outlets, small TV displays, picture distorted, low quality LCD, mediocre Entertainment menu

Cons: Little planes need an interior restoration to make them look better.

Pros: The on-board crew were great. Super friendly and chatty. Almost a WestJet feel instead of the serious aloofness that AC is known for

Cons: The entire HUGE MESS from booking til sitting on our last airplane. The “new reservation” system is a horrible joke. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing so you get completely wrong info and they won’t do anything about it. I’m a wheelchair assist and had to call 6 times to remind them to put it on my ticket even though each time I was shown that it had been added. They kept seating on the back row of the plain and blamed me for not calling ahead to “let them know I was wheelchair assist so they could reseat me” BUT...they won’t answer you call unless it’s 24 before your flight and then to check at the airport who then tells us it’s out fault cause we didn’t call more then 36 hrs ahead...YOU CANT CALL THAT FAR AHEAD...and ...get this “they don’t have wheelchair assist on my ticket/file”. I about lost my mind over the hours on hold and every different answer as to what what to do and in the end blamed us. ASTONISHING TO ME. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE ON-BOARD TO ANNOUNCE THEY ARE THE BEST AIRLINE IN NORTH AMERICA 2019...HORSE PUCKY!!!

Cons: Were not let off plane after landing for 20 minutes and counting because no ground staff were available to open door to gate.

Cons: The plane was delayed due to waiting for people to clear customs.

Cons: crew could have been more professional, the signs for boarding were confusing
