Not Worth The Cost
The rooms were clean enough
Bad television, horrible beds, extremely slow WiFi, broken door
The lobby is the best thing about the hotel.
First of all as I said the lobby is the best thing about the hotel, finding your room is confusing, once you get to the rooms outside everyone you will find a water puddle leaking from the AC units. Once you get to the rooms most of them reek of humidity, the beds are the worst I have ever slept on, extremely soft and felt like I was a a spoon shape bed spend most of my night balancing myself from rolling over into my wife by accident. No where it says that it’s extremely close to railroad tracks which I am not gonna exaggerate every 30 minutes a train came by from 8:00 pm until 1 am. Would never stayed here again and would never recommend to anyone unless the like awful experiences.
for the 120 dollars I spent for one night it just wasn’t what I thought it would be . I was in room 218 , was there was mold spots growing above above me in the shower on the roof , beds where hard and my ac filter was completely black When I checked it because i couldn’t stop sneezing .
Worst MOTEL EVER
THIS MOTEL REEKED OF MOLD, MILDEW AND FILTH. The carpet was disgusting, there were stains all on the wall and loud ghetto guests outside of my MOTEL DOOR! THE HAIR CONDITIONING UNIT SMELLED, THE 2 TWIN SIZE BEDS THAT WERE PUSHED TOGETHER TO MAKE A KING SQUEAKED AND DIPPED TO THE FLOOR AT THE FOOT OF THE BED. I
Old School Exotic
Like the nostalgic exotic feel - the hotel is an "elder statesman", but had an exotic tropical feel. The court yard was a mini-jungle, with beautiful plants surrounding the pool - nice visuals night and day. Having travelled extensively abroad, it definitely had a tropic feel.
Don't look too close, as the hotel is showing it's age, though they do try to keep it up.
Sad place to stay. Needs lots of maintenance.
Pool and mini golf course was cool.
Everything else was subpar. Beds were uncomfortable, water pressure was non existent, television was old and grainy, didn't have any clear channels.
Not a safe place to stay
Avoid at all costs. Pics look great. Actual hotel was very dangerous and a loud commuter train goes right by the property.
Everything. Sheets were dirty. Soap didn’t exist. Hotel was near a loud train. Dangerous situation with other guests.
The only thing I like was the price, but you get what you pay for. This use to be the hotel to come to in Fort Lauderdale ( in the 90's ).
The hotel is very outdated, it is nasty in the rooms, walls have rust, cracked floors, tub has rust stains, door are not painted , closet is mirrored old, refrigerator doesn't work , we got another room and it didn't have a refriegerator .I slept in my clothes for the night we stayed because it was so late and we couldn't get a room at another hotel that late at night. This use to be the hotel to come to in the 90's, with an excellent golf course. It is very displeasing to see it has turned out like this. The staff was nice however, they charged me after I had already left for an extra three days , and then had excuses for not refunding it to my card .
Free mini golf.
The pillows could have been better.
Bed was comfortable.
No refrigerator. Room was below average. Wifi did not connect properly. Hotel was not in a good neighborhood.
Never go back
Staff was arguing in front of us throwing pens into each other While I was waiting to check in
