Cons: We were to have a NON-smoking room. Room smelled bad and when I asked if it was a smoking room was told “room was a smoking room and is being renovated into a non-smoking room but the furniture and bedding haven’t been changed yet.” People! That is a smoking room!

Cons: Toilet to big for bathroom and had to sit at an angle so that the door could close. Shower head did jot work well. Tub spout was pulling away from the wall. Some of the wall plugs were not properly secured.

Cons: The rooms were not as clean as my group would have liked. The bedspreads had cigarette burns in them and they looked dirty. Most didn’t sleep in these rooms but chose to sleep on our bus. There was also a bunch of dog poop laying on the sidewalks that made our rooms smell terrible. I know that this is not the hotels fault, but someone could have done a walk through and picked it up. There was also a bunch of mattresses laying around outside by the vending machines. I truly hope that those mattresses were not used again.

Cons: Water stains on the ceiling possible mold growing on one of the walls... Room interior needed to be repainted and a dripping faucet unless I put it in the exact spot to get it to shut off

Cons: The iron was unusable for my new suit because it had a layer of scorched material on surface. Although the room was probably clean, the walls needed painting and the bathroom grout needed changed. This created an appearance of uncleanliness.

Cons: The fact that they don't want to take cash as payment on their rooms when you arrive. That may make me change motels when I stay. I don't like to use my Credit Card when I travel because of identity theft that I have been fighting for several years now. I don't mind using it to confirm a room, but want to use cash to pay when I arrive.

Felt more like a nuisance than a welcomed guest. I noticed the following morning hair and all kinds of disgusting funk on the bottom mattress which was pushed away from the wall enough for me to want to throw up. Why aren’t they vacuumed and maintained? No one wants to see foreign hair and random funk. Disgusting. Probably won’t stay here again.
