Pros: The first flight had built in video screens.

Cons: But video screens in all aircraft.

Pros: Seats and layout was updated. More room in economy. Staff was personable 3 bathrooms in economy rather than just 2.

Cons: Offer dinner service for a six hour flight.

Pros: Not much. Cheese plate was ok.

Cons: Felt like a sardine. Knees were up against the seat I front fighting for elbow space with person in the middle. Worse seating than Ryanair in Europe.

Pros: The crew and seat was fine

Pros: The overhead bins seemed to have more space than usual for non-checked bags.

Cons: Boarding was delayed and the flight was late. This was already an evening flight, so the delay meant that I missed the last public transit train once I was home and had to pay for a cab.

Pros: Crew was amazing, personable,joked around. I though boarding would take forever but very smooth.

Cons: Honestly...being stuffed in like sardines ....it is getting worse. maybe the older I get the more I see it....but its so uncomfortable. I think the old days were much better!

Pros: The flight crew could have been more attentive. Jackets and coats were not collected during preboarding until last minute, by then I had already put mine away.

Cons: No food was offered, short flight though, that’s okay, but the crew definitely could have been more attentive to the first class passengers.

Cons: The seat and area around me on this early morning flight were trashy-- old cups of cheese spread, cracker crumbs, and an empty water bottle.
