Experience was good overall. Fox does not offer key lockbox/dropoff for those with really early flights so the 5 am business hours don’t suit families that are boarding planes at 545 am (at least at the MCO/Orlando location). You are subject to early return fees in this scenario - fortunately I was not charged - but had to return the vehicle the night before. This added unexpected travel expenses with taxi/ride sharing plus personal schedule adjustments. Thought this would help executives make changes or add conveniences offered by other car rental agencies.Reviewed 25 Apr. 2023

Pick up was the worst part. The line was long, but the check in process once at the desk was the longest time to get a car I have ever experienced. Staff was friendly. Car was clean. Drop off was easy. Price was okay.Reviewed 2 Apr. 2023

Had to switch cars, first car phone chargers didn't work, second car had to wait for them to change battery in key fob. This was after we loaded our luggage in cars. Man at counter was friendly but miss quoted us. I questioned the total and he said it was right. I should have looked at it better. Quoted $12 for extra driver charged $12.99 Should be refunded [ $6.93] Quoted $145 for insurance charged $188.93 Should be refunded [$43.93] Charged $6.99 per day for road side assistance which I did not ask for or notice on bill. I already have AAA Plus it is covered under my credit card. Should be refunded $48.93. Total overcharged $99.79Reviewed 21 Mar. 2023
