The people at the hotel were very nice and always want to help and bring us information, also the hotel has on their first floor a travel agency that was for us very useful.

Staff reacted well to a main complain. They immediately moved me to a different room and I was able to sleep. Location was great. Internet worked well. Breakfast was OK.
The first room I got had street views, it was very noisy and smelled really bad - I left all the windows opened and went to visit the falls, when I came back, the smell continued and I asked to be changed. They gave me a very quiet and clean room. Half the TV channels didn't work.
