Viale Tower Hotel

Clean high rise hotel in town center area about 20 minute car ride to park entrance. 17th floor views, cool pool, plus rooftop food and beverage service . . . Caparinhas without sugar on request were great. Families welcomed. Sunsets draw many guests to roof. Room spacious with ample storage and workspace. Bathroom shower generously sized with good pressure and hot water. Quiet and comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast service has ample options and plenty of fresh hot coffee. All staff treated us very kindly and took time to listen and respond to our needs. Definitely would stay again at Viale Towers if wanting an in town experience after visiting Brazil side of waterfalls.

Rooftop food: I did not like the hamburger's over seasoned flavor and its hard rubbery texture. Seemed like the frozen off site factory packaged type from a convenience store. I did not like the use of processed cheez wiz and would prefer sliced or grated real cheese on recipes using cheese. French fries a bit cold and soggy, not hot and crispy.

Location

Beds were not comfy enough

From the moment i checked in, the lovely, tall, receptionist, who thankfully spoke perfect English, was very kind and friendly. The room was exactly how i expected, but the best bits are the view from the roof bar and pool, absolutely breathtaking. The location worked for me as they're lots of options to eat close by.

There was nothing I didn't like.
