Pros: Extremely welcoming staff. This is a one of a kind hotel. Not comparable to other hotels in Frankfurt. Once in the courtyard with a drink you feel elsewhere. Very nice room with a terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. Big swimming pool and nice spa. Just A perfect stay with my partner for the weekend.

Cons: There where no make-up remover pads in the room (my wife believe it is a must at a 5-star hotel). The room climate control doesn't allow any change except 21 degrees Celsius. The wardrobe's sliding door makes awful noise.

Pros: Stunningly stylish room on 11th floor with glorious views over the Main river and the city. It's so good you don't want to close the curtains! The room was quiet, spacious and beautifully designed. I don't often rave about hotel rooms, but this one really was exceptional. Staff very friendly and efficient, location is central with lots of dining and entertainment options close by.

Cons: I feel that the breakfast at 32 Euros is overpriced, so my room-only rate suited me fine.

Cons: The bathroom has a little smell. The room has strong smell, it wasn’t bad but it was strong. The garage door open if you press a button on a stand (which is far little bit of the door) which you may miss it easily.

Pros: Perfect location to explore Frankfurt on foot.

Pros: Wonderfull big rooms, great views, very nice spa and pool area. Localization is very convenient, by the river, quiet but at the same time few steps for center and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Staff was a big disappointment, very unfriendly and unhelpful. Although the Hotel is great I will not come back because of this reason. I did not feel welcome in this Hotel and had trouble with the staff.

Pros: The room was spacious, the view was lovely - especially at night. I was on the 7th floor, and the lift up and down was quick. It was quiet and sleeping there was delightful.

Pros: The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel worked very well for us as the hotel is located 10-20 minutes walking distance from most of the attractions on both sides of the river.

Cons: We booked a room with an additional bed and except for the bed no services were adjusted on arrival. There was the smell of cigarets in the lobby. The delivered cosmetics were made in China. The deal from hotels.com did not include breakfast.

Cons: We ordered room with double bed, but received two separate beds and even move them together was impossible. Agent, who checked-in us, was not able to solve the problem. She even did not know info about hotel rules. Not good.

Cons: No parking, only for 3 cars. So you have to park in a nearest parking building which is 7 minutes far by walk. No AC in the room Rooms aren’t soundproof so you can hear the noise all the time either from your neighbors or from outside Breakfast is simple

Cons: Not a bad hotel. Quite basic Pillows were terrible. No bedside table for my CPAP, which I advised I needed They said there was a PowerPoint beside the bed, but it was actually behind the pillow, so unusable when trying to sleep.

Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful, even though my German is not very good they spoke simply and clearly - so nice! The room was very nice and clean, the hotel is very quiet and the position is great - just cross the road, and you have allto the cafes and bars and restaurants of Sachsenhausen! 10/10 would stay there again!

Cons: That they say they have parking but if it is full you are screwed, which was my case. No other option but the street which is full and has many restrictions. So please put: limited parking. I only chose this hotel due to parking availability, which was not supplied in the end. And the reception guy was not helpful at all and didn't give me any more options that just say park in the street.

Pros: This is a small and simple hotel but clean, quiet and the location could not be better. It only takes a five minute walk to the old bridge and across the bridge is already the inner city. A few steps from the hotel there is also an old world section with nice bars and restaurants.

Pros: I loved the location, the room was clean and the manager was very nice! He would do anything to help you with your needs.

Cons: Although the rug throughout the property and in I saw it was was vacuumed every day. It was worn and stained. Some of the furniture in my room was damaged and could use some updating. It’s very loud at night. If you want to hang out in the neighborhood and crash at 400 in the morning this place after partying this place is perfect.

Cons: To start out they charged me the moment I checked in before I even saw the room. There was 40 steps to get to my room. The door frame was cracked and poorly nailed back together. I asked for a single room but there were two beds in the very small room and a closet in the corner were you couldn’t get too. The towel holder ready to fall of the wall. Poor lighting and the shower is a disaster. They charged me for breakfast but the first day I took a sip of the coffee and it tasted and smelled like Terpentin. The rolls were stale and the lunch meats looked like they were not fresh either. Never again.

Cons: i know people complain about the noise, but i guess you choose he place because of the location (next to the apfelwein) but during the wee it was no problem prob would'nt recomend it on weekends tho if you wanna rest.

Pros: The location was ideal if you wanted to go to bars at night, but if you needed sleep, it is the worst possible location. I had read reviews of it being a noisy area, so I kind of expected it, but when you get there, you are literally sleeping above several bars with very rowdy and lively people EVERY DAY of the week - I wasn't even there over the weekend. It was an ok location for restaurants with a variety around and better ones 5 minutes away from the place.

Cons: I had a terrible experience at the hotel I'm afraid. On day 2 of my stay their boiler broke and I had no hot water for the rest of my stay. After the first morning I let them know about it and when I got home that evening, they said an engineer was coming the NEXT DAY - so they hadn't fixed it all day. The following morning again I had a freezing shower. When I came back that evening, I turned the tap on and it was spluttering with brown water coming out... I ran it for several minutes and eventually after about 10 minutes it was running clear and was warm! However, the next morning, it was cold again and I had another freezing shower. This was my last day there and I checked out feeling very disappointed. Another thing I was disappointed with was I asked for an iron and they gave me a very old iron and no ironing board and when I spoke to the man he said try ironing on the table or bed... I wasn't impressed. Finally, the breakfast is OK... standard contiental meats and chees with bread rolls, cereal option and yoghurt. This is the kind of place you would stay at if you wanted to party and don't really care about facilities too much - it is relatively cheap at around 60-70 euros per night and you get what you pay for... At least I thought I would get hot water at the very least, but no joy there. I would definitely not recommend this place if you need to sleep and have hot showers every morning and if you are there for a business trip... If I have the chance I'm going to ask for some money back...

Pros: The location of the place according to what we were looking for was phenomenal, it is an area with a lot of youthful atmosphere, music, bars and food. Very spacious and pleasant room. We do not understand their language but they did their best to communicate in English and serve us kindly.
