Good 6.6

Pros: I liked that there were empty seats and we were able to stretch out. Heated sandwich was good. Service was good

Cons: Did not like the continental breakfast. Did not like having to pay for blankets and pillows and the fact that there were only a few movie screens in the middle of the plane.

Pros: The crew was very nice.

Cons: I think the airline should offer something to eat on these long flights. For example, a small sandwich & a drink.

Pros: honestly the best part of the flight was the doughnut from tim hortons that I ate before the flight. Westjet staff were kind and witty as always.

Cons: Flight spent an hour and a half doing nothing because of "ice on the runway" that could have been removed before the flight took off. Never expect westjet flights to be on time.

Pros: Hi. I actually am glad that the company is following up because I was having a hard time finding an email to contact. I actually came to kayak to book my ticket for Friday to go to London however when I got to the airport it says it was for Monday. Because I had to be at London the next day for a wedding i had to buy another ticket for almost 1000. I also couldn’t contact u so I’m emailing now. I didn’t get on the plane for west jet because I am already in London. I also have a screen shot that shows me that my flight details were for Friday however another email shows me that it’s for Monday. Even the workers at th airport were confused and felt strongly bad for me. I would like a full refund as well. Thank you. Please contact back. 416806-6530 or email me at sarapascual@hotmail.ca

Pros: After our horrendous flight to America with Norwegian (never again!!!) it was refreshing to have some space and the staff was friendly

Cons: lnternet was very expensive ($4-5 for 30 minutes, so l did not bother) no entertainment whatsoever, but okay for a budget flight during the night

Good 6.0

Pros: aircraft was new, clean, and with many new amenities that are appreciated - device charging, Internet access. The crew was great.

Cons: The seats are tough after a few hours of siting. Children screamed throughout the flight. To the crews credit, they recognized the issue, and suggested a move to empty seats. However, there was a screaming and coughing child behind these seats also. Perhaps grouping families to a section would help?

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Our flight was delayed by 16 hours. We lost a whole day of sightseeing. We had tickets that we unable to use. Had to spend the night in a dumpy hotel. Ended up getting sick because of the all the stress. Several reasons were given for the delay but always different. I contact Air Canada to see if there was any compensation for the inconvenience. They have not replied in 2 months. The worst part was the rude and insensitive remarks by the inflight crew. Hope to never fly on Air Canada again

Excellent 10.0

Pros: Boarding was efficient, crew were attentive, food was excellent, the "pod" was comfortable and I did not use the entertainment

Cons: Would have liked more info as to how to work the gizmos - had to ask how to recline my seat and never did get to grips with the entertainment. The Fast Pass specificaly said it was for disembarkation at London and so I did not realise I could have used it to get through security for ongoing flight

YYZ
LHR
Excellent 8.3

Cons: 70min delayed departure exhausted a three hour window I had to get through customs, get my luggage, and get on the London Underground to get to Liverpool Street Station for my connecting train. Means I’m out $40 Canadian for a ticket that went unused.

YYZ
LHR
Good 6.0

Pros: The pilot kept us informed as to what the delay was.

Cons: That there was a delay of over an hour. The seats were not comfortable due to lack of space. Could not move around at all and the service cart barely fit in the aisle. Very uncomfortable ergonomic seating.

YYZ

Excellent 10.0

Pros: Ease of service and efficiency.
