Cons: I am young but I am in heart failure and have an artificial heart. I had requested wheelchair service so I didn't overexert myself at the airport and was wheeled right up to the gate. There were two other older passengers in wheelchairs, one on either side of me. When it came time to pre-board flight attendants came up to both men and helped them on board. They ignored me. Then they announced regular boarding. I had to remove my bags from my lap and get up out of the chair and go to the gate to say I needed to preboard. The man looked annoyd and said they had announced it. When I explained how no one came to me but they did the others he said I could go now. I said I needed help with my bags and he acted VERY surly and put out. He did help me but I felt like they assumed because I was young I couldn't possibly be sick and treated me like a liar.

Cons: Everything. We were incredibly delayed which happens but none of the staff knew what was happening. Different passengers were told different things and when we tried to ask questions they were far from helpful. It was not a good experience at all.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Indifferent staff, absolutely no customer service Flight late, no food, no entertainment, seats extremely cramped, packed in like sardines, no personality at all, just attitude- get through it, provided basics, waited 20 min for first bag to appear in luggage carousel too, nothing good about it! It would be revolutionary if one airline valued their guests and showed it! Instead of cattle they manage and transport

Cons: Unfortunately the first leg of our flight was delayed over an hour. Although we made our connecting flight (barely), our luggage didn't make it onto the plane. It was OK since it was our return flight and we received our luggage later the next day.

Pros: Most of the crew was great with the exception of curbside check-in in Denver.

Cons: Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips.

Pros: Comfort+ seats are affordable and give me the leg room I need as a 6'3" adult.

Cons: Seems like Delta provided free upgrades to families with small children in Comfort+. This impacts the flight comfort for us paying customers. Recommend readdressing this policy and not placing small crying children in Comfort+ for free.

Pros: Christina brown was amazing at gate

Pros: Quick smooth flight. We even landed early. No delays no problems. I even had seated in an empty row

Cons: There was absolutely nothing "first class" about this flight. Cramped seats, baggage fees, terrible boarding procedures... I've experienced better service on economy flights. Never again with Delta/Westjet.

Cons: the boarding process was chaotic. not enough time was allowed for zone 1 passengers. the plane was old. the inflight entertainment didn’t work. the crew was friendly though. there was no hot food but the cold selections were ok. i would expect a much better customer experience for business class passengers.
