Pros: Fantastic, intimate place in a rural setting with incredible views. Guido is the perfect host: courteous, generous, kind and very knowledgable.
Cons: The dirt road to reach the property is a little challenge, but at the same time it adds to the quietness of the place
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality amazing, place immaculately cared for
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly atmosphere, owner and guests all talked together ,and at 19.0 hrs Aperitivo each evening was good way to mingle. Owner offer to buy anything for you when he visited local supermarket. He also made suggestions and bookings for restaurants if guests so wished
Cons: No easy Access roads , no WiFi in rooms, but in common areas
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Locanda is an beautifully designed intimate hotel with the best views in Chianti. Guido was an incredible host providing unexpected special touches. This is the place to stay in the Chianti region.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel grounds were incredibly beautiful. The views of Volpaia and the valley below were spectacular. Guido, the host, was incredibly hospitable and made sure every detail was attended to. He was the most charming and gracious host! We will be back!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We adored Guido and his gorgeous property! Being here was such an escape and he is so hospitable. The rooms were completely charming, full of little welcoming touches, and the view from the pool over the hills is absolutely incomparable. We had some car trouble while we were there and he was so supportive-- he went above and beyond to make sure the mechanic in Radda took care of us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely perfect in every way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Guido is great and his angles too, location is amazing and the mansion is awesome!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Guido welcomed us with his cheery smile that remained throughout our entire stay. The setting of La Locanda is beautiful, overlooking the small nearby town of Volpaia and the rolling hills beyond, waking up to this everyday was simply wonderful. Volpaia is a 15-20 minute walk away on foot, down one side of the valley and up the other. The terrain is fairly uneven in parts, so may be tricky for less able people, although the road can be used, but the journey is slightly longer. Having a car is a must really. The swimming pool is great, bottles of cold mineral water provided, towels and plenty of loungers for the number of guests. This is a beautiful tranquil place so only a handful of guests are here at any one time. One of the highlights is the evening Aperitifs outside on the terrace. Guido serves up Prosecco and wine, with nibbles, and the guests tend to gather here to chat, share stories before ehading out to dinner, a lovely way to start the evening. Each room has a small fridge, and there is also a very well stocked honesty bar, with wines, beers, soft drinks etc, and the tea & coffee station (free to use) is very handy. A wonderful wonderful stay here with my wife, we long to return. Guido is fantastic and has some very interesting stories. It was a pleasure to meet him and stay in his fabulous creation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, very friendly owner and excellent ambiance
5.7 Okay
Pros: The atmosphere created by the delightful owners made us feel we were staying in a private home. Being in the depths of the country, it is very peaceful.
Cons: La Laconda is situated 3.5k from the nearest road up a rutted track, so it is not well-placed for sight-seeing visits to Florence, Siena, etc. (A hotel with atmosphere and excellent facilities in a nearby small town was also considerably less expensive.)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Locanda. It is located in a pretty area of Tuscany with exceptional views. Guido and Martina are lovely hosts and they made our stay memorable. Our room was charming and very comfortable. Our stay at La Locanda will be memorable.

Pros: Peace and quiet, excellent hosts.

Pros: Delightful
Cons: Wish the spa steam room n suana were open till 10
6.7 Good
Pros: Spa was truly the best experience here. My husband and I had a couples massage that was a luxury! Staff was attentive and very professional. The sauna, hot-cold baths, showers, steam baths were all impeccable. Breakfast was superb. Everything from European style and more!
Cons: Our room was very small and needed updates. Unfortunately it did not live up to the name and as offered. Pool was beautiful but water kept too cool. Two restaurants one is casual while the other is formal. We didn’t expect formal wear and not told in advance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was exquisite, the rooms were exceptionally clean and room service did an excellent job of keeping up with cleaning our room. The buildings are all unique, and the one we stayed in had just been updated in 2018. Our friends stayed at the room with a terrace which was just gorgeous.
Cons: Nothing!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fresh tasteful restoration of a Borgo. Different quaint houses in slightly different styles make for a charming village feel. Detail and craftsmanship shows in the rooms with exquisite hardwood flooring and most tasteful decor with a splash of colour. Toiletries, bedding, towels, amenities etc are all top level. Facilities are all in place with nice serviced pool and SPA. Several food and beverage outlets all top notch. Besides the starred Poggio Rosso, Osteria del Grigio will serve you true rustic tuscan cuisine paired with the elegant San Felice wines. Breakfast stands out even among top contenders with a unique buffet selection and tasty a la carte eggs. Eggs Benedict was very creative and on point, just a little more acidity in the hollandaise for the true aficionado please :). It would be hard to go wrong staying at Borgo san Felice even for a longer while....
Cons: The pool area is slightly “exposed” acoustically to the road and parking. A low wall added to the hedge would help alot. Breakfast in the rose garden had a bit of a blind spot in waiter service with long waits for clearing and coffee orders. Detracted a bit from the most excellent level of the breakfast in general.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Room, Restaurant and the entire resort is absolutely stunning. Wine tour was amazing and totally worth it! Perfect location to get engaged! (My partner said yes :) )

8.8 Excellent
Pros: We found Agristurismo Amina to be a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. It is located in a beautiful rural setting looking out over a vineyard. There is a great view of Siena. We particularly enjoyed being able to sit outside for breakfast in the morning and the evening.
Cons: The weather was particularly hot when we stayed there and as there is no air conditioning the rooms were quite warm. Thankfully management was able to provide us with some fans for our room which was appreciate.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: First of all the staff. The owner and her mom made us feel as home. They were always available and gave us great recommendations. We could have a nice wine tasting with the wine that is produced there, including their homemade olive oil. The swimming pool area is very nice and comfortable, and was only 10 metres away from our room. The breakfast was very good. I really recommend this place for family trip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Agriturismo Amina. The peace and quiet was exactly what we wanted and it could not have been better situated for easy access to Siena and the surrounding towns and cities. This is a wonderful part of the world which has so many places to visit and things to do and see. The swimming pool was wonderful and made a huge difference to our stay. It was literally 15-20 ft from our door and allowed us to have wonderfully relaxing days when we fancied that too. The breakfasts we had were lovely, with home baking and fresh fruit etc every morning. The grounds were kept immaculate and we were surrounded by the vineyard and rolling hills beyond. This is a gem in the Tuscan countryside and will most definitely be somewhere we revisit in the future, maybe even next year.
Cons: Nothing. We loved it

Pros: Everything about it is amazing

Cons: Quite small room (no. 6). Heavy handling of luggage (no lift) but help from staff.

Pros: The people were lovely, the cooking class really amazing, the restaurant lovely, perfect stay.
Cons: Amazing stay nothing to say.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn’t leave the property the two days we stayed there and we didn’t want to leave when we checked out. Even the kids wanted to stay and I thought the quiet and tranquility would bore them! Would love to return one day:)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds and location are stunning! Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff was charming and very accommodating. They even arranged a breakfast goodie bag for us since we had to leave early. The breakfast itself was fantastic and their onsite restaurant was our favorite of the entire trip. Don’t leave without trying their chocolate cake and raspberry tart!
Cons: Nothing — it is a wonderful facility!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a great find, the buildings are beautiful, the setting has to be seen to be believed and all the staff without exception were very welcoming, friendly and professional. We did the half day cookery course which was brilliant. The tour of the abbey and wine tour was really interesting. There are lovely walks and trails around the area. The place is so relaxing, you chill out the minute you arrive. Go
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place
Cons: There isn’t room service
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was remote which was perfect. The restaurant was fabulous, the food was amazing and it wasn't too pricey. It was a shame that the bar area was not opened for longer. The garden was beautiful but would have been nice if coffee/ snacks were available to enjoy outside. The breakfast room is also fabulous and the choice was very good however no vegan options at all.
Cons: It was disappointing that they offered wine in the room which we need to pay fair considering it is a winery! That left a terrible first impression. No aircon. Bathroom was a little outdated. Also we had to pay for the winery tour (with a discount) which again was disappointing as rooms are pricey. Moreover coffees/soft drinks are only available from a fridge at reception and cost a fortune! Couldn't believe we had to pay for coffee . Also there isn't a bar that you can enjoy in the evening. The place is beautiful so there is so much they could have done to make the place amazing but clearly there is a lack of direction

Pros: People, Cleaning, Location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This amazing hotel is located in the Tuscan hills in an old castle. It is full of charm and ambience. It retains and old world feel with modern comfort. Our room was the top of the tower. Medieval meets modern. We had all the comfort needed with the time of the ages in the walls. The view from our room was magnificent. Staff were super professional and friendly. It’s also easy to relax near the pool with the sound of birds and breeze in the trees. We both had the best massage we’d had in a long time. Overall one of our best stays in Italy.
6.7 Good
Pros: Lovely location
Cons: The reception staff were lovely but some staff were almost dismissive of us The overall cost of our stay was high and they are definitely not children friendly
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is a stunning hotel. We really liked the location in relation to surrounding hilltop towns and castles. Great for day trips and lovely lunches. The breakfast was excellent and sitting on the terrace to eat it was special. The pool was inviting always.
Cons: We are 3 people in the family and it was disappointing to have a fold down sofa bed as the third bed. Timing to prepare the sofa for sleeping was hit and miss - sometimes far too early to have it is a bed and leaving us nowhere to sit in the late afternoon and other times too late to accommodate children's bedtime. We were told it would be made up at around 8pm, but that didn't happen once.
6.7 Good
Pros: Staff helpful
Cons: Needs curtains in bedroom to block out morning light over cute little glass holes. Bathroom was squashy.

Cons: The only bad thing is the Wi-Fi.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location in the middle of the Chianti region. When you move into Borgo, you feel like a local. It is literraly a small village and the houses are converted into Hotel rooms. Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, tranquality, ...
Cons: The local restaurant staff could pay more attention to guests. Sometimes we had the feeling that they are boared and can hardly wait for the end of the shift ...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, views, quiet
Cons: Nothing loved it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is simply stunning and the views from the area are the best. Rooms were lovely, excellent shower!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: - the pool area - the restaurant was beautiful for dinner, and breakfast on the terrace was lovely. - the location was perfect - walking around the property at sunrise was beautiful. - the sunrise was bellisimo! - the room was warm and inviting, calm, peaceful and clean.
Cons: - The reception guy on arrival was a tad odd. He'd talk to my partner but never tried to converse with me, and bizarrely enough I'm from Australia, like him! When I needed something I was not too keen on asking him dye to his manner. - fresh juices at breakfast is suggested as the concentrated stuff is full of sugar!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous breakfast in lovely setting. Staff extremely helpful. Large pool towels.

Pros: Amazing jacuzi in the room and great view over Tuscan landscapes. Inspiring location next to one of the castles in the Chianti area!
7.5 Good
Pros: It was quiet and we could just come and go as we pleased
Cons: There was no air conditioning
7.5 Good
Pros: It was quiet and the view from our room was terrific.
Cons: Not finding anyone there when we arrived, I had to call to get someone to open the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room views, cleanliness, very friendly host, nice breakfast and location. A real Tuscany experience!!
Cons: Nothing, everything was great!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and clean and the bed super comfortable. We had a spa bathtub and a sower as well and a little terrace with amazing view. The lady who welcomed us was very nice, provided all the information we needed.
Cons: The closest restaurant was reachable by car only.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, breakfast, service was really friendly and nice, the room was huge and the bathroom has a Jacuzzi and it is also huge. But the best part are the views from the balcony, where you can enjoy a Chianti wine with the views of at least three “Castellos”
Cons: As in other accommodations in old but restored buildings, the wifi is not the best, and it was only working properly in the bathroom. But that was just a minimum inconvenient
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was in an old fortfied hilltop village, just a few minutes outside of gaiole. We had a gorgeous view from our balcony and Kathy made us a nice breakfast in the morning.
Cons: We wish we would have stayed longer, it was so beautiful and peaceful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I'd describe it as a beautiful B&B located as part of a midevil castle complex located on top of a high hill with scenic views of olive and wine groves. Word of warning to be patient finding the place. It's inside the castle grounds, but you'll find it as the inner bailey surroundings are numbered. We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed ourselves. The ladies who own/take care of you are super nice, although English speakers should practice up on their Italian. Cappuccinos in the AM with breakfast were a welcome.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely traditional house in wonderful location. Great view from balcony.

Pros: Absolutely everything! The spectacular view from our suite (we took suite 908), beautiful road going to the premises, attentive staff, amazing restaurant, great choice for breakfast and simply outstanding design of the place. Oh! And don’t forget about 2 swimming pools where you can chill with view on Siena (just a couple km away from Borgo Scopeto).
Cons: Nothing to complain! Everything was superb!! We have one recommendation though - it would be great to have the possibility to rent bikes (free of charge), with recommended tour around the hills and vineyards. Just a food for thought!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly, service was brilliant. Rooms were lovely, the garden view was gorgeous. Spa was such a treat.
Cons: Loved it all it was outstanding for babies and kids
6.7 Good
Pros: Facilities were stunning, amazing panoramic views
Cons: We stayed at Borgo Scopeto Relais for 5 days and it was overall a disappointing experience and it was definitely not worth the money: - The service in general was very impersonal, cold, inattentive and overall not helpful - breakfast was of poor quality - equipment was also of poor quality (tennis balls, bikes with broken breaks etc.)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was divine. The property and grounds were exceptional. Staff were incredibly friendly and the views were beautiful. Complimentary water, acqua naturale and fizzy in the mini bar each day.
Cons: Lots of children causing noise at breakfast and at swimming pools. Not a problem for us as a couple but would suggest having one pool as “adult only” to promote serenity for guests looking to relax during their stay.

Pros: An outstanding grande class resort!!!
Cons: The people

Pros: Friendly concierge and room was ready on arrival.
Cons: 2 Rooms booked, but not close together.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The design, in particular the interior of the hotel is extraordinary. Breakfast is good, dinner as well, however, the portions are too small and therefore a little too expensive. The staff is friendly.
Cons: The gym and the spa need to be improved. The spa is definitely too expensive for its size and possibilities.

Pros: A beautiful old property in Radda in Chianti. A great location, big spacious rooms and friendly staff.
Cons: I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. We had a massage at the resort but it was very disappointing... it was more of a rub than a massage... definitely not worth the money. Also, laundry costs were exorbitant.

Pros: Very good breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The charming, helpful and knowledgeable staff, the very peaceful location and the Tuscan food. It was a very good location for exploring the Chianti area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and always eager to help us. We really enjoyed the tranquility around the hotel facilities. The breakfast is very rich, with great variety of pastry, pies and fruits. The swimming pool is also well situated with nice view over the hotel building. We absolutely recommend it if you want to get away from busy routine and have some relaxing days!
Cons: Our only negative remark is that the door of our room was not soundproof, so we could hear the conversations of the passers by and sometimes from the restaurant across the stairs. However, a minor notice!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I highly recommend this property and would return. The gardens, pool area and staff are all amazing. Staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay very enjoyable with lots of recommendations each day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Authentic Tuscan Villa set in the countryside in the Chianti wine area. Our room was large and very comfortable with a lovely big bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a flat screen tv. Elevator access. We overlooked the entrance bridge with views to the pool. Vincenzo couldn’t do enough for us, making sure we had everything we needed. Our dinner was superb. I had the sage butter ravioli with a mixed salad and my husband had the lamb cutlets. The local Brillo Chianti Classico 2017 red wine was outstanding and highly recommended. The breakfast was superb offering a selection of fruit, pastries, cold meats and cheese, and a perfectly cooked omelette on request. We rate this hotel very highly. You won’t be disappointed.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Beautiful views, very chilled place, rooms are large and Tuscan rustic. Food was good too.
Cons: Long gravel road to property, but was aware. It is long though in all directions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Livernano is slightly lost on a hill in the Chianti area but the place is soooo rewarding once you get there! You will not regret it! The place has a superb view and the staff is very welcoming! They will do anything to make your stay confortable! We also booked the sunset tour and did not regret it! The cave visit was amazing :)

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very peaceful, excellent food, friendly staff, perfect location for couples and close to a few vineyards
Cons: Small shower and noisy air conditioner
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The history and the romantic feeling. The property is unique. It is accessed by a dirt road but this is common in this part of the world and it’s easy to navigate anyway. The property itself has great rooms, excellent service and amazing food and wine selections. You will not be disappointed. Wifi is also above average for the region.
Cons: All good
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location and view
Cons: Food was average
5.8 Okay
Pros: The rooms are very large and generous. The breakfast is all home cooked and one of the best we’ve had our entire trip. Nice pool facilities.
Cons: Our overall stay was very disappointing, upon arrival we were not greeted or explained any details just shown to our room by the chef. Previous communication with the property they had mentioned a special arrival. There is no one ever on reception. (Luckily there wasn’t an emergency) I was underwhelmed by the property, it’s not grand or extra special. It’s very remote and quiet. We were offered a wine tasting with no instructions on how to get there. We thought it was on the property. However the expectation is that you drive into Radda. A bit unethical to ask people to drive and taste several wines and then drive 20 minutes back. Dangerous if you ask me. For the price you pay I was expecting more luxury and service. Wish we had stayed somewhere else.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay and property
Cons: Location design decor grounds all beautiful
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We spend great time there. The owner have tried her best to solve our problems caused by the partially incorrect equipment description of the apartment on booking.com.
Cons: Limited time can be able to find English speaking staff in the reception . A little bit limited menu card.

Pros: We’ll be back !!! Beautiful setting, lovely Rooms and the pool area is great :-)

Pros: The setting was amazing. The spa was a real treat and included in your stay.

Cons: Unstable internet connection, needs improvement for business use
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location and property grounds. Close to Radda in Chianti and Pazano in Chianti. Both are awesome little towns with great restaurants and Tuscan countryside views!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A great location for touring Chianti: many great restaurants and sites within 20 minutes. Only an hour to Siena or San G. Pool and spa were nice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great bath products.
Cons: Bathroom didn't have a shower. Road up to the Villa needs grading, a little rough.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds of the property are stunning. Amazing panoramic view of hills and vineyards. The pool and all outdoor seating overlooking these views set a nice tone. The staff was every friendly and let us store our bags at the front desk until our room was ready as we arrived quite early for check in. After returning back from exploring nearby areas, our room was ready (still ahead of time) and our bags had been brought to it already. Great room. We had a nice courtyard view. Overall a very nice stay and would definitely come back in the future.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the location was beautiful, the staff was helpful and nice, the food was good, the room was clean and beautiful. we really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: the minifridge was really weak and didnt cool our drinks. I took a shower at 6 am before leaving and the water wasnt warm enough.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely amazing location and villa for a relaxing stay. Definetly worth going, even better than pictures
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely stay after our long drive surrounded by nature.
Cons: I have asked if another room on an upper level with nicer view was available and reception staff has checked and accommodated my request at small extra fee which i had no issue with. What i did not like is a bit unnecessary and excessive long explanations from accompany staff who took us to initially offered room. i.e. how to use the simple room facilities and that after i have checked for possibility to upgrade the room the accompany staff personnel was explaining me that it is important not to use current room facilities and especially bathroom facilities while my spouse was waiting in the room for me to come. We are frequent travelers and have traveled through numerous places in the world and at the end of the day it all comes to taking care of clients and make everything to feel comfortable and welcomed... othewise we had a lovely and relaxing stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was luxuriously beautiful. Decor was opulent, yet very comfortable. The location was central to many hill towns in Tuscany. We wish we could have stayed longer, and we were so happy to have come upon this unique location.

Cons: Absolutely nothing at all.
7.3 Good
Pros: Excellent and very relaxed and quiet hotel in a fantastic location within the beautiful hills of the Chianti region. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and room was very clean. Perfect hotel to explore the Tuscan countryside and cities like Florence and Siena by car.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain really. Maybe a bit more variation of the (very good) breakfast buffet and some sports facilities (such as a gym) would be great.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel staff was amazing and so accomodating. The grounds are beautiful. Our room was comfortable and huge. We would go back to this hotel for sure. Very relaxing and enjoying experience.
8.0 Excellent

Pros: Staff attitude, very helpful and friendly. Location. Food. Grounds.
Cons: Would have liked more changes in the menu during our week's stay.
7.2 Good
Pros: Simply perfect - the location and views, in the midst of the vineyards and woods, on a hill overlooking the beautiful Chianti countryside, the facilities (room, pool, restaurant, spa) and the whole surroundings of the villa are fantastic. Pros: Super nice place, the surroundings were beautiful. The area of the swimming pool was calm and invited to relax. For sure we would love to return Ultimo Mulino!
Cons: Our bathroom floor was constantly wet because the bathtub leaked water
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. We didn't have a car and they helped book excursions and made the stay meaningful! Great food, very relaxing. Perfect if you're looking for a quiet location.
Cons: Not much to do at the actual property, so transportation is definitely needed. It's centrally located between two villages (just a few minutes drive) so the location is great if you have a car or are willing to hire a driver. The staff can help coordinate activities and transportation so that's a plus!

Cons: There was nothing to dislike it was perfect a
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast with a superb view. Excellent location (if you have a car). Unforgettable sunsets by the swimming pool.
7.1 Good
Pros: The size of our junior sweet was great. The large balcony and view was awesome.
Cons: The entire place could use a facelift. The grounds, the furniture, especially. The owner is rather grumpy and not overly welcoming and friendly. The parking and gate need automatic gate opening and closing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good food. Great location. Nice views. Kind reception. Place with special positive feeling.
Cons: Room doors could close better/more tight. Cold water in the swimming pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. The view was magnificent. The room was very very big, and the bathroom was very big. Our room has a terase bigger than the room, with view on two side. Is in a high altitude, in a forest, and 2 dear jump in front of our car just before the gates of the propriety. We plan to return next year.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location, the house and the garden is beautiful and kept clean and tidy, and the lady who seemed to be the owner was helpful and polite. There is a table with benches outside each room, which you can use if you want to have a snack and wine outside. There are also plenty of sunbeds and parasols next to the pool, and we could also see some hammocks and seating furniture at various locations in the large garden.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a minibar to keep some drinks cool. The host put a bottle of milk into her fridge for us for the night, but it would be more convenient to have a small fridge in each room, since there are tables outside where you could have your own food and drink, and although there is a bar, there's no restaurant as an alternative. As it was, we had to throw away any leftovers after our al fresco dinner, because of the heat. There were a lot of flying beetles in the woody area of the garden at the end of August, but that may be a common phenomenon in the area, and is probably temporary. It didn't affect the pool area, the rooms and the seating area around the rooms, so we could still sit outside with no problems. Although the location, the house and the garden is beautiful and kept clean and tidy, and the lady who seemed to be the owner was helpful and polite, it felt a bit overregulated for us, with the fence around the pool (between the pool and the sunbeds) and the signs with various rules. It's more of an upmarket villa rather than a cozy country inn, and we didn't find the atmosphere particularly relaxing and warm, but it's a matter of taste, I guess.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Located in the heart of Tuscany, terraces and a clean pool with beautiful views on the countryside, vineyards and sunset:) Quite and intimate atmosphere and a nice and helpful host. Bar with snacks available in specified hours.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s location is excellent, equidistant between Rhadda and Castellina. The villa has an amazing pool set in the grounds with a fantastic view. We have stayed at the villa before and the staff are amazing, well informed and soooo helpful, we would recommend and definitely stay again.
7.7 Good
Pros: The overall experience was very good.
Cons: overall very welcoming.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was so amazing that we had to stay another day. I highly recommend this b&B.
7.7 Good
Pros: We were expecting a room and ended up with a full apartment that had its own terrace at ground level. Well equiped and beyond our expectations. Very comfortable in an idylic location. Forget Greve.A Small improvement in breakfast fare would make this a superb value. We will come back
Cons: Upgrade the coffee one NOTCH.TtHIS place has so much potential. stop using the date excuse for turning on the heating. It just doesn't fly anymore - up the rates by 5 euros to cover the cost if necessary- we would gladly pay this small charge.
7.3 Good
Pros: The hotel and the service are very good. the staff is kind and very helpful. good restaurants' indications I loved the room..It was big and so was the bathroom. The hotel is very nice and the views amazing. The breakfast was good too, with fruits, bread, cake, cheeses, nutella, juice, coffee, tea and milk.
Cons: Everything was excellent! But pay attention to the need of a car, since it is not a city-hotel.
7.3 Good
Pros: Country side, excellent view, great breakfast, peaceful atmosphere, interior suits the idea of hotel in willa, good stay and breakfast for the price. The contryside on the way to hotel are so beautifull!!!!

Pros: The beautifully appointed rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. The Internet also works very well. We always enjoy the breakfast which is included and the front desk staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, Radda is a stunning Tuscan village, which is why we return year after year and always stay at this hotel.
Cons: Well it’s never happened to us, but we observed a tourist needing a bit more guidance/ information from a member of the front desk staff. Sometimes, weary International travelers need lots of details.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location in the center of Radda in Chianti.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was lovely. Our room was perfect. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed our experience at the property and can’t wait to return.
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Pros: Wonderful, Polite, Courteous and Professional Staff that makes you feel like part of their family! This is a Classic little Boutique Hotel in the very center of an iconic Tuscan hill town... Outstanding Breakfast Buffet! We will definitely return next June!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were moved to the sister property Palazzo Leopoldo which turned out to be an unexpected upgrade. This is a fantastic hotel beautiful room with excellent facilities including spas and indoor heated pool. The breakfast is extensive and you can choose to eat on the balcony overlooking the vineyards which is picture perfect
Cons: There is an extremely loud weekly disco / rave party held adjacent to the hotel which runs into the early hours of the morning. The bass reverberates throughout the town making it impossible to sleep. I can't believe they hold this so close to the town affecting both tourists and residents. To the credit of staff they allowed us to move to a smaller rear room however the sound was still audible.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff, location, breakfasts, style, town
Cons: It was all great
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location, beautiful hotel and staff really friendly.
Cons: Our room was in the roof so a lot of the space not useable due to low beams
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel was very comfortable and very beautiful. The location was wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Did not understand how to work the air conditioning and the shower. As the rooms were so old the doors did not shut completely and one could see through to the room from the outside .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. An hour drive away to the best towns in Tuscany in all directions (Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Montepulciano, Pienza..) Nice area and restaurants around. Spacious beautiful rooms, and an amazing interior overall in the hotel. Staff were kind and the indoor pool was excellent when it was raining.
Cons: Loud music from a 50m distance, only on weekend nights as there seems to be some kind of an open air club.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean and bright. It was nice to have our own little patio area outside. Air conditioning was nice and quiet and a must as it was very hot outside. There was a lovely coffee shop / restaurant just round the corner, the homemade croissants were delicious for breakfast !
Cons: We felt a little isolated as we didn't have a car, taxi's were very expensive as they had to come from the town so that was already 30 euros before you went anywhere !
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location for sightseeing the area. Most helpful and friendly hotel manager. Thank yy
Cons: Rooms not serviced. Outside rooms not soundproof
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We made our own breakfast, bringing our own coffee, milk, fruit, and bread. The kitchen worked well. The refrigerator had a nice freezer compartment. There was dish soap and a sponge for cleaning up. We definitely appreciated the "zanzariere," the screens on the windows so we could enjoy the cool, evening air, but avoid the mosquitoes. We ate dinner at the restaurant next door and it was a fine place, full of Italian families and visitors.
Cons: Everything was fine. It was a perfect place for us.
7.1 Good
Pros: The gentleman at the reception desk. He is very helpful. It is an apartment with kitchen. However we found there was no cooking sauce, salt, oil, etc. provided and we were told it is by law of Italian that hotel can't provide food to guest:-( By knowing I was so disappointed as kitchen is one of the consideration when I decided to book this apartment, the gentleman immediately helped to get some cooking oil, salt and pepper from the restaurant. I am sorry that I can't remember the name of the gentleman. He is owesome!
Cons: Internet connection. 80% time (of 2 days) I can't get the internet connection. This really made me very disappointed with the apartment.

7.1 Good
Pros: The location and fun on the camping were very nice. Staff was always friendly.
Cons: The class is cottages are out dated, and not so clean, got better ones in toscana for same price range.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 5 nights with 3 kids. The whole place is very nice and clean. The structure is new and well maintained. The staff is great, they are always willing to help and always smilling. They speak different languages. The restaurant is super nice; food is very good and prices are according to the place; the service is fast and food arrives hot. The swimming pools are all very clean with a big relaxing area around them. Entertainment for kids is very well organized and the program is well communicated all the time. The tent was very clean and fully equipped with all you need.
Cons: We suggest to ensure that the activities for the kids are also delivered in italian. It was a bit dissapointing sometimes to find that there was nobody from the staff speaking italian in a place located in the middle of Tuscany, Italy
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The only think i don't like is restorant in the camping. The rest is good ! The personnel is really nice and helpfull
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The place is good if you want to explore Tuscany and popular villages and towns like Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza or Montepulciano but you need a car of course. Nice staff, lovely swimming pool, place is in the middle of forest so its all you need for good rest, huge camping with lovely houses, tents etc. clean In generally place is great if the weather is great
Cons: We were unlacky with the weather, stayed there for 3 days and it was raining nearly non stop, fog, a bit cold so we were a bit bored during our stay (of course bad weather it is not their fault). We had to stay most of the time in the room with no wifi which is available only in the restaurant. Unfortunately they have no shared lobby to sit down on sofa, were we could watch some movie even with own tablet. We tried to sit outside restaurant but it was too cold and raining so we had to move inside the restaurant and felt a bit obligated to order something every time we wanted to use wifi inside the building :( it would be a big advantage for resort if they would build some lobby/living room with roof just for relax in the rainy days like we had during our stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were staying in one of those Airdreamer 2 tents and it was brilliant.
Cons: We love BBQ so that’s a bit of a downer - open fire is not allowed on the side (which we totally understand).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a new chalet & it was perfect for our family of four.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was stunning.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean mobile homes, comfy beds, good restaurant, stuff. Everything is on site to have a chill :)
Cons: The way to camping is a little exhausting, 40 minutes to get up un down, one market on site and 20-40 minutes by car to nearest shopchain (lidl etc)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great quality /price rate, great really great for family with Kids, very quiet in the evening, wonderful morning atmosphere!
