They made the beds every day
Upon arrrival found kids shorts in a corner, put them outside and they stayed there the 4 days I was there. Bathroom floor and corners was dirty

There was NO balcony as stated in the ad. The bathroom shower curtain was very dirty. The toilet ran. Pool could have been cleaner.
