7.1 Good
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good food and great value for money
Cons: Bed was very short and uncomfortable
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The location was chosen as within easy access from the ferry at Ullapool
Cons: The bedroom was basic in the extreme with no heating in the bathroom. The evening meal was inedible and tepid. Breakfast was edible but again was cold. The whole hotel didn't appear to have been decorated in years and was exceedingly shabby making it appear dirty. The lift to the top floor (where our room was) was out of order.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Very old facilities, felt like travelling back in time at least 50 years. Very noisy wooden floors, could hear the people on the room above us just walking through the room. Claustrophobic shower. Time to get updated!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a very vintage style. The room is confortable and sufficiently clean. The staff is always present and very helpful. They also have a good bar and dinner service. The hotel is in a good position to reach the north-west coast.
Cons: The room could be a little more warm.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff
Cons: The Property lacks maintenance
6.0 Good
Pros: The surrounding gardens gave the hotel a very attractive aspect. The food at both dinner and breakfast was really good and the staff were always on hand if required.
Cons: The bar area was completely taken over by a coach party playing bingo. As I despise bingo and long queques I didn't and probably couldn't have entered the bar for a drink.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were very welcomed in this place! An island of life in the middle of nowhere actually. The facilities are perfect: all Very comfortable, homely, cozy. The food is awesome! Handmade, freshly-cooked
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner of the hotel, Dario, was such an attentive host with years of experience in the kitchen so we had a delicious meal with a great portion size at the hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and warm with a lovely modern bathroom. The area is probably the biggest draw for this B & B however as red deer can be seen everywhere around the area and it is so quiet and peaceful, driving through during the day or at night is an experience in itself and the price is fantastic overall for this wonderful place.
Cons: Nothing! Everything was fantastic!
6.7 Good
Pros: I liked the pub attached to the property and the evening menu was excellent. We had our dogs with us and the establishment is dog friendly.
Cons: The shower in our room worked on a timer. No temperature control and I had to hit the timer switch every 30 seconds or so to keep the thing working. The bed was the most uncomfortable I slept in during our (touring) holiday - although in fairness my beloved slept like a log. Breakfast arrangements left more than a little to be desired. Would have paid more for a proper breakfast but it wasn't on offer. (We were told we could eat in what appeared to be a ktichen - presumably bring your own stuff and cook it. We went elsewhere.)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding family run Inn, friendly welcoming staff, superb food, rooms and location. Would highly recommend
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of space, easy access to the room for our late return.
Cons: Nothing negative.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: I felt very welcome. The lady prepared a very tastful homemade meal for dinner as I was cycling and there are no restaurants within about 10 miles from this place. Both owners are very friendly and breakfast was also very good. The room was spacious and new. Outside were seats to enjoy the sun.
Cons: The was some noise from other rooms. It is a remote place to stay along a busy road.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stunning house with lots of character in fabulous location.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location with lovely decor throughout. The young staff member made the stay very comfortable showing us all the animal friends in the grounds. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cottage was extremely clean, welcoming and cozy. All appliances seemed new. One day we decided to stay in and took advantage of the dvd library right outside our door and the TV with DVD player which was a very nice touch.
Cons: Did not have signal from my carrier in the area and WiFi was weak. Comforter was a little odd/heavy but bed was very comfortable.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of tourist literature. The hosts were very friendly and their staff welcoming.
Cons: We had problems with the shower as when your hands are wet you can't turn the temperature down or the shower off.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Charming apartment, lovely renovation
Cons: Location is South of ullapool, we travelled mainly north so we had a bit more to drive every night to return; other than that, it's conveniently located directly from the main road !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The appartement serves as an excellent base for walking tours. It is very quiet. The grazing highland cattle are just lovely. The appartement itself is great. You will find everything you need. Even a guidebook written by the past visitors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment had absolutely everything you could want. It was spacious, comfortable and was in a great location near to Ullapool, and with Carrieshalloch Gorge just round the corner.
Cons: The check-out time of 9.30 felt a little early although in our case it was actually helpful as we had quite a distance to travel after our departure.
