Pros: Almonds as a snack. Pleasant crew.

Cons: No entertainment and my table was broken. The air from the vents was also colder. Not much leg room and I have short legs.

Pros: Calm and safe, just like I like it.

Pros: It was a huge plane, normally on my trips from Toronto to Calgary its a six seater plane. I really enjoyed it being and 11 seater per row, with more leg room, a window seat, and no one in the seat beside me! Made for a much more comfortable experience. Was not what I expected for the price I paid for it. Was very please by that.

Cons: Provide entertainment. Seats and legroom seem to get smaller every year

Cons: the checked luggage took over an hour to arrive at the carousel. ZERO communication. Other flights arrived after ours and all their baggage arrived and they all left while we stood. No information. No explanation. Poor

Pros: Crew was warm, engaging, very attentive - made the whole trip a delight!

Cons: Honestly not a single element could have been better - one of the nicest trips we've ever taken!

Cons: Poor complimentary headphones; temperature was cold duration of flight; sat on plane for an hour before taking off waiting to de-ice; very rough landing.
