Initially, the staff seemed abrupt and disinterested. Later, in the evening they mellowed and it was OK.. I had to keep reminding myself that I has booked a 2 star hotel intentionally. No shower enclosure or curtain. Mold around tub.

Yes, no help to room and could not find the light switch to light the hall to my room let alone find the keyhole at door to get into room!

Staff was nice and helpful: shuttle was not available and the lady at desk worked hard to get me to airport. Limited Hours from/to airport shuttle should be mentioned in your website before you make reservation/payment: it helps in decision making. Internet connection was good

Room clean, bathroom, toilet clean....but found couple of hair on pillow!

Friendly staff, resolved shuttle problem satisfactorily. Good dinner at restaurant.

I reserved on the Internet, because a shuttle to the airport was available 7 days at all hours. On arrival, there was no shuttle on weekends, which is when I needed to get to the airport. I should have been informed of this. Staff finally sent a taxi with no charge, which helped to resolve the problem.
