7.1 Good
Pros: The property is in a fantastic location and it’s surrounded by beautiful nature! The pool was beautiful and kept very clean! And the staff are truly amazing!
Cons: It was clean enough to my liking. The staff were very accommodating though.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We love coming to this place.. quiet, chilled and great for kids
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The view
Cons: This is going to sound very petty. The horse racing noise from a neighboring camper and the kids screaming at the playground at 7am
7.0 Good
Cons: Airconditioning not operating satisfactorily. On arrival the main unit ceiling light wasn't working (promptly repaired after reporting.)

4.0 Okay
Pros: Food in restaurant was excellent
Cons: Room needed ceiling repairs Pool uncleaned Staff rude at restaurant and poor at reception Rubbish near room smelt really bad Note: I don’t typically give poor ratings but this was really bad
10.0 Excellent
Pros: was welcomed with very warmth from the guy at the reception good customer service by the staff Rooms were alright Property needs some work Good stay
Cons: Property needs work
9.0 Excellent
Pros: nice room nice dinner
Cons: exhaust fan in bathroom was really loud
6.0 Good
Cons: Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Carpet was dirty, also found bottle caps on the floor from a previous stay.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our courtyard was unusable. The table, chairs and the pavers were covered in sticks and leaves. It looked as though it had not been cleaned for months. The “lovely garden views” as advertised was a weed filled garden and a paling fence propped up with posts. The grounds of the hotel were very neglected - weeds in the gardens and untidy shrubs. The pool gate was illegal - it didn’t latch automatically. We found it unlatched with children around! The grass had not been mowed and was very long and untidy. There were sticks and leaves on the pathways which made them dangerous. Overall our room was clean and tidy, although the bath was chipped and the towel rail was rusty. The dishwasher was broken and there was no washing up detergent or tea towel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located in a perfect place. Friendly staff Definately be coming back
5.0 Okay
Pros: Bed was reasonably comfy, convenient location for the event we were attending
Cons: Very overpriced, staff weren’t friendly and weren’t originally going to let us check in on time because they were underprepared. I had to explain that it was 5 minutes to 2, and we shouldn’t be asked to wait 20-30 minutes to check in, since check in was at 2 and I needed to get ready for a wedding (which I had warned them about when I booked 6 months prior). The couch in the room was uncomfortable. The toiletries were understocked, the soap dispenser in the shower barely had enough in it to last a shower each, we had to use every bit of it up.

7.0 Good
Pros: Very central location, easy walk everywhere. Rooms clean.
Cons: Carparks were very small and ceiling low.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Great location. Friendly staff clean bathroom and crisp linen.
Cons: The bed was really hard and so were the pillows. The curtains looked dirty and were tatty being threadbare and patched. The garden room was directly above the garage and carpark and the noise of people talking was heard into the early hours, ie, 2am! The room was very small and the cost of the room for the standard provided was excessive.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the room was a good size, they were a bit stingy with the soap and shampoos
Cons: they were a bit stingy with the soap and shampoos
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is brilliant and we had very friendly welcome. We will definitely be going back!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Service was excellent, helpful, prompt and friendly. Books to read. Very relaxing ambience and creative decor.
Cons: Room was a bit small. Balcony a bit tired.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: My wife and l loved the intimate feeling of the property. The central location of Gerringong was essential as we explored the nearby towns and sites. We loved everything about our trip except the fact the present medical crisis restricted a lot of our activities.
Cons: We loved everything and could find no fault.
6.0 Good
Cons: Sewer pipe in bathroom not sound insulated, bathroom fittings rusty, basin outlet clogged with muck, doors in poor condition and overall needed refurbish.
