10.0 Wonderful
This was, hands down, the best “cheap motel” that we’ve stayed at. The room was clean and updated. The fold down bed in the couch was a win for our little one, as was the electric fireplace. Breakfast had the basic continental choices, including waffles. It’s walking distance to most everything you want to do in Glennwood. Great value for the price! We will definitely stay here again!

Pros:Tiny room, but comfy and clean. Excellent inexpensive option for a couple nights for solo traveler who wanted a bed, micro and fridge. Fridge had separate freezer compartment so perfect for freezing ice blocks for the cooler.

Pros:Good value for the money. Very clean, roomy, and quiet.
Cons:The heater/air conditioner was quite noisy. However, when we mentioned this at check out, the staff notified maintenance.

Pros:Upon arrival, the woman at the desk was pleasant and welcoming. The woman that worked during the night was also pleasant the next morning. The room had plenty of space, toiletries, and was easy to heat up. The carpet seemed to be well vacuumed. It was dark, quiet, and restful. Additionally, my hotel "neighbors" were respectful and quiet - always a pleasure when folks are considerate when departing early.
Cons:The cleaning was average. Someone's hair was in the tub and on the toilet and also on the sink. The bed spread near the bathroom had food smeared into it and looked like it needed to be washed. There were no extra blankets or pillows if wanted (they may be available upon request). Additionally, the internet service was great the first night and terrible the second night and morning. I could not send a crucial email out.

Pros:Great walking distance to adventure park, dining, and the hot springs pool.
Cons:Cleanliness was totally lacking! Our kids feet were black after spending a few minutes walking barefoot on the carpet and tile floors. We had to wash them then and then they wore shoes the rest of the time. The kitchenette was nice, but all the things you'd expect to come with a kitchenette were not there....a coffee pot, but no filters or coffee. No pans to use, no cookware, no dishsoap. So, basically useless. The wifi didn't work in our room. The room next to us left little dogs unattended at night and so they could be heard barking for hours. The room above us was noises too with people and dogs running around. I had called ahead to make sure a crib would be ready for our son. I was assured it would not be a problem as they have many at their disposal. When we arrived we were told they were out. We gave evidence of when we called and they ended up buying a new one and placed it in our room. Breakfast was just ok. Nothing fresh offered....fruit, yogurt, etc. we ate there only one morning. Ended up going to other restaurants instead.

Cons:I book a room for 2 days. They gave me a small room under the stairs, you could hear sounds from all direction. Next morning I requested a different room. Was told that not only there is no other room in my price range, but I was undercharge by mistake and will have to add $10.00 in order to stay in this one. Naturally I ask for a refund on the extra night and check out. Went to Cedar Lodge Motel, got a great room for less $$.
