Pros: Crew was good. Seat uncomfortable and hard.

Pros: Most of the crew was great with the exception of curbside check-in in Denver.

Cons: Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips.

Pros: The flight attendants have so much patience, it’s amazing. Because passengers are idiots.

Cons: Do you really need to charge every person to pick their seat?

Pros: The plane needed more leg room.

Cons: Arctic char looked like it really was salmon. Need better selection of contemporary movies. When The Third Man is the most attractive alternative it's not so great. Would like to have seen the attendants more pro-active in asking about beverages and passing out snacks, fruit, etc. Saw just the water, orange juice and apple juice trays being carried around.

Pros: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Cons: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Pros: 10/10 would recommend..
