Pros: Bubbly flight personnel. Helpful front desk staff.

Pros: Nice crew, loved the complimentary wine!

Cons: Airplane was too warm and made the flight uncomfortable.

Pros: Crew on plane were very good; gate agent was not.

Cons: Assertive gate agent in Toronto insisted I check my carry-on even though it was within regs and there was lots of overhead space (I was 2nd on the plane) but he insisted saying it would be waiting for me as I debarked (not true-came down carousel with checked bags)

Pros: The crew was very professional.

Cons: For a quick hop from Boston to toronto this was ideal.

Cons: Flight crew not helpful. Despite empty space in first class overheads, would not allow coach passenger to put anything there.

Pros: This was my first time in Canada never been there before I had a great time until that one moment I had to deal with workers from air Canada except one agent at the ticketing desk....I had checked in online the day before however I had some card issues because they got shut down by my bank and due to the holiday in America I was unable to call my Bank prior to the airport....got to the airport and tried to explain that all I wanted to do was pay for my bag with cash ...but no one took the time out to listen each time i tried explaining myself I was send to a different location to join another line ....by the time I got to someone who was willing to listen my flight was closed ..her name was Aurora and gave me nothing but attitude when I explained my story......anyways finally got to ticketing and a met the only agent that day who exercise some level of customer service that day...if only I could remember her name ...sigh she went the extra mile because at this point I was frustrated and unsure if I would make it out of the country a sane person due to the amount of chaos I experienced prior. She got LISTENED .....SHE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN...got me on a new flight and went above an beyond to assist me that morning I was on the verge of a breakdown at that point all other staff member was very disgusting not only to my self but the other individuals who had mishaps that morning.

Pros: The soda did not taste bad.

Cons: Flight Delayed by 2 days, only offered hotel voucher for one day, despite being told we would get vouchers for 2 days. Customer service made no attempts to make the situation right. Employees at the airport did not know what they were doing, gave lots of misinformation. Upon landing, we were refused our bags despite being stranded for multiple days. Terrible experience. I urge you to stay away.

Cons: Delayed over an hour then cancelled last minute, rebooked on a flight the next day that didn't leave until noon, had to call into reservations to get on an earlier flight on another airline

Pros: Airport staff was amazing, helping us out with seats considering one of us was needing assistance due to health condition

Pros: The entertaiment movie & one of the crew very caring towards elderly

Pros: Staff on the ground and in the air were great - nice, polite and funny

Pros: They were quick and efficient gwttong everyone ready for a on time depature and we actually arrived a bit early too.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing "first class" about this flight. Cramped seats, baggage fees, terrible boarding procedures... I've experienced better service on economy flights. Never again with Delta/Westjet.
