Staff was friendly
Badly in need of a top to bottom remodel. Probably was a decent place in 1992.... (15yrs ago). Gave us the wrong room type, but LUCKILY there was 1 left in our category and quickly changed us over to the correct room.
The young lady who works nightshirt was very attentive and helped tremendously! We weren't bothered by housekeepers. It was great!
Very busy on weekends.
Our trip to Greensburg
1. Staff, They were helpful, friendly,& considerate. 2. Very clean! 3. Breakfast was cooked right in front of us. 4. Excellent parking.
Not a thing.
Desk, couch, table, quality of king bed, restaurant attached, chef
Bathroom could be a bit larger
Fine for the amount of time I was there.
Room and facilities were fine, clean and comfortable, although I didn't hang around at the Inn much, did not use pool or exercise facilities. Nice breakfast (free) buffet. Nice having a fridge in the room -- was able to chill my dinner doggie bag and take with me the next day.
The toilet shut-off valve was broken so water ran constantly. It's the kind of thing that would have kept me awake at night but the air conditioner in the room was so noisy, I didn't here the water. Would have been nice to have BOTH of those quiet.
Overall pleasant, but fell short of superb
Friendly staff Clean, comfortable room Plenty of parking Free breakfast was above average
Fitness center was shabby. Only 3 pieces of cardio equipment, one of which (bike) had a broken seat. Only 2 clean towels when I went in the morning. No wipes to clean equipment. No exercise mats.
Comfy beds but bipolar facilities
The beds were very comfortable. I slept very soundly, however, I was just lucky the people in the other rooms went to bed early. The walls were ridiculously thin
The rooms were really old and nasty. The lobby and reception areas for the banquet facilities were new and nice. Then you walk through a metal door and the rooms are old! It was crazy. Also, the heater was limited to a temperature of the hotel's choice. We had to call to get someone there to fix it. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk. I had to go to the front desk in my nightgown. Horrible!
Got switched to King bed room over looking pool. Made to order omelettes for breakfast, that was unexpected.
Breakfast was good cuz it was free. Wouldn't have been happy if I had been paying at a restaurant.
location across from mall helpful staff excellent breakfast (included with my room) nice beds
wi-fi a little slow had to switch rooms due to noise very dark in pool area/atrium
dirty place, people not nice, bad food, could hear people through walls
Your staff was outstanding, frequently asking if everything was all right, and going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.
Staff was friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom was large, attractive, and everything worked well.
The heater was very noisy.
