Pros: Was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly and efficient. Great value
Cons: Everything was great - only slight issue was bed was a standard double - would have been lovey to have bigger bed. This did not detract from a good stay though
Pros: The bed was very soft and comfy but I prefer orthopaedic mattress
Pros: It was so central and staff were really helpful.
Cons: My television remote didn't work with the tv. I thought it was the batteries. Reception said they would change them while I was out but remote still didnt work. Room door was very difficult to close quietly so I felt it might have disturbed others on the same floor (room 335)
Pros: Every thing
Pros: Was fine . The they give us not clean and no location but cleaning stuff I think careless .
Cons: Used bed sheet and pillows yellow stain on the pillows
Pros: I liked the everything about the inn beds comfy clean no problems with checking in out staff friended
Pros: Location, room size and price
Pros: Staff are always pleasant and accommodating, excellent location, comfortable modern rooms, great nights sleep
Cons: Everything was perfect as usual
Pros: The location is great. It is only ten minutes away from the railway station, and 7 minutes away from Teesside University. It is right in the centre of the town. Scrambled eggs and beans were good. I even had vegetarian sausages.
Cons: It was a bit inconvenient when the reception desk could not accept bankcards with Unionpay. I rushed out to draw cash from an ATM.
Pros: Really friendly staff, comfy beds. Good location
Pros: Staff excellent as always.
Cons: Being stuck out the back 00 rooms.

Pros: The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean. It is good value foroney and great location for walks.
Pros: Perfect location - friendly professional staff - excellent food - very comfy
Pros: Set in a stunning location, oldy world charm.
Cons: We went when a wedding was on. The sound proofing could be improved on connecting rooms. We could hear every word spoken and at 2AM, that's the last thing you need. Explained to reception the next morning, but difficult to see what they could do.
Pros: The staff and feel of hotel.
Cons: Distance from room to food halls and bar
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, such a great choice, Gisborough Hall Hotel has a rathert special atmosphere, and we thought it very good to see The Buddha in the alcove in the Bar, apparently put there by Lord Gisborough about sixteen years ago.
Cons: We could not complain about anything, it was so good to stay at Gisborough Hall. So sorry we forgot to bring our camera, so cannot leave any photos.
Pros: The hotel is a picturesque Manor House. The feature room we booked was beyond my expectations. The staff were attentive and friendly making the stay extra special.
Cons: The only flaw was there was a wedding on at the same time and some of the wedding guests were quite noisy until around midnight at the south side of the hotel.
Pros: Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area was nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was pleasant ( though hot). Decent parking.
Cons: The food and service. Long waits . Bills mixed up with our friends on several occasions ( we ate tastier and better presented food at a cafe in Guisborough).
Pros: Excellent staff and service, lovely food and beautiful location, very relaxing stay.
Cons: All very good

Pros: Was warm and friendly. Clean. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed!
Pros: The location of the hotel- very close to the sea front.
Cons: The chef was very rude and spoke in a very patronising manor to me in front of all other guests at breakfast. My 2 year old daughter got up from her seat and I brought her back to the table to finish breakfast. She then got up with my partner to go back to our room before check out. The chef came out of the kitchen across to my table and shouted at me about keeping control of my child! It was completely unnecessary, she only got up the once and she was brought back to the table. Don't stay here if you would like to be treated with respect and not chastised in front of other guests in the middle of your breakfast!
Pros: The room was comfortable and the breakfast was so nice
Cons: We really enjoyed our stay here .the owners and staff were so attentive and friendly .we will definitely go back again

Pros: Was quiet and the staff were lovely especially the cleaners when leaving and passing the rooms they made an effort to say bye or morning.. was very impressed
Pros: When you go to sleep the room is pitch black, perfect sleeping conditions.
Cons: The room service prices were a little on the pricey side
Pros: Very clean and excellent location
Pros: Very noicey city centre Friday evening music was loud until 5am
Cons: Front room in the building as next to smoggy bar crazy noicey
Pros: Location, parking, price, rooms
Cons: Struggling to find something I didn’t like... maybe the fact that the soap/shampoo dispensers squirt so little liquid?!
Located in Redcar, Claxton Hotel is within a 5-minute drive of Redcar Esplanade and Redcar Racecourse. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Was told that I couldn’t have a drink in the bar, because they had a function on,and would have to go to the cold breakfast room to drink my beer. There was a lot of noise, that went on until late as it was a 18th birthday party. They advertise their hotel with a large bar for the residents of the hotel, but no mention that if they have something on,you can’t sit in the bar and have a drink. The room we had was not one that is in the photos that they advertise, all we could see from the room was a brick wall and the extractor fan from the kitchen. We came back from a day out and the room absolutely stank of garlic. The hotel was full so that was the only room we could have, as i couldn’t climb more than one flight of stares. We should have left on Monday but left on the Sunday as we were very disappointed.
Cons: No secure parking as on internet just street Dining room locked as we left room Not my idea of a hotel more a boarding house
Pros: Very clean, room was lovely with a good Sea view, staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good
Pros: Very dog friendly. Friendly helpful staff. Cleanliness. Lovely large English breakfast.
Cons: Nothing really that matters shower head was loose big deal.
Pros: The accommodation and breakfast was very good
Pros: clean and friendly staff
Cons: depressing room,no love, bland and cold
Pros: Staff attentive. Good breakfast.
Cons: Carpet in a bathroom is not a good idea.
Pros: The staff were wonderful nothing was too much trouble for them Donna was so welcoming and the breakfast chef produced a lovey fresh breakfast for each guest. The scrambled eggs were perfect 10/10. If we found ourselves in the area again we would not hesitate to book in. In terms of value for money it was A star
Cons: The only gripe was one of the mattresses was very soft and a bit dippy in the centre.
Pros: I like everything about the place. The staff were excellent putting up with me and my little dog.
Cons: I honestly couldn't fault anything about the place.
Pros: The bedroom and facilities were fine and we did get the sea view we requested but it was a bit noisy with thin walls and creaking floorboards !
Cons: The evening dining facilities were almost non existent due to lack of staff , although the one person available did her best.

The spectacular Yorkshire Dales are around 1 hour’s drive to the west of the hotel.
Pros: The beds were really comfortable and the bedding was really crisp and a touch of luxury. Evening menu and service were a pleasant surprise. Super room sizes too.
Cons: Having to order breakfast the night before from a very limited menu, and then being given only half the preset dish selected. The shower in Beech is truly pathetic with little water pressure meaning the temperature varied from Luke warm to scolding hot. The room standards varied considerably. My Mum stayed in Ash room which had clearly been refurbished recently and was lovely, whilst I stayed in the tired Beech room with old carpet and irritating bathroom.
Pros: The food was excellent, the room was spotless, and the staff was lovely and attentive.
Pros: Nice hotel, good sized room, clean, staff very friendly, plenty of parking, good choice for breakfast, comfy bed, quiet location. I've stayed before & would happily stay again.
Cons: Shower in my room (Chestnut) wasn't great - difficult to get the right temperature and also over a high-sided bath which made it difficult to get in/out.
Pros: Breakfast was delicious (Full English) Location is very quiet with great views. Staff are very friendly and service was great. Highly recommended for business travel and / or personal - located on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like - on weekend there was a wedding function I think, but it didn't disturb me.
Pros: The food was fantastic
Pros: Comfortable hotel with excellent food
Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful I went to the bar at 10.00pm to ask for a Baily's coffee and the barman turned the coffee machine back on and brought it up to my room. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The room was spotless and smelled amazing, the bath was so clean it was literally gleaming. I couldn't see an air freshener but the room smelled lovely the whole time I was there so there must have been one. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the hotel was close enough to the main road to be very handy whilst being far enough away to not be bothered by traffic noise.
Cons: There wasn't really anything bad about my stay at teebridge. There were a couple of bits in the bathroom that were a bit dated but as it was spotless this wasn't an issue. the WiFi isn't the best but I just used my data and that was fine
Pros: Friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms, quiet location, good bar/restaurant.
Cons: Room was near the top of the stairs with passages leading off in both directions - a bit noisy
Pros: Friendly helpful staff
Cons: Breakfast was good but a wider choice , especially of bread/rolls would have made it excellent
Located in Redcar, Park Hotel is within a 15-minute drive of Yorkshire Moors and Riverside Stadium. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and very helpful and I feel I have to mention the cleaning staff especially Cath whom I have to say was so lovely and a credit to her employers. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The food in the hotel was also very nice.
Cons: The hotel could do with a refurbishment but that wouldn’t put me off staying there again.
Pros: The staff were very good
Cons: It needed a lift so for that reason I would not go again
Pros: Breakfast excellent value Location right on the sea front
Cons: Loose plug socket room 21 And no hairdryer Bathroom window nailed shut no air
Pros: Location was good for me and the food size was very good and tasty
Cons: View wasn't very good, rooftops and walls. No signs that I could see pointing to the parking, found it eventually
Pros: Food and drinks a good price, not as expensive as most hotels. Car very was great and good value for money
Cons: Bathroom plumbing needs serious maintenance
Pros: Lovely staff, nice interior
Cons: Bed was squeaky and needed a new mattress so had a bad sleep.shower didn't work properly so all in all a poor stay.
Pros: 90% was great..
Cons: Only 2 electrical sockets in room : ( These were situated behind the tv in the corner of room One of which was taken up by the TV..So if you needed to plug in 2 items ie phone/toothbrush..no tv..or use kettle / hairdryer.. and if you needed to plug 3 things which is the norm these days...Stuffed! Park hotel sort it, and include one double socket next to bed..!!
Pros: The bathroom was a good size and coffee/ tea hospitality tray was generous. Hotel is opposite the sea which is nice to walk along.
Cons: Just outside our window was a noisy extractor fan, so not a quiet room. Car park available but a bit tight.
Pros: Excellent breakfasts. The Park Suite - a sea-view room which was so much better then we expected. The staff - so friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Entrance had a strange smell.
Pros: The bed was comfortable but the room was top floor and no lift. I think we had the furthest room away and with a bad knee wasn’t too good

Pros: Friendly staff and homely feeling
Cons: Trying to work the radiators and no net curtains in bathroom facing the main entrance
Pros: The food was really nice , all the staff very nice & helpful.
Cons: The room had a lot of dust behind headboard , carpet had threadbare areas , but acceptable as had a dog as well inclusive of stay .
Pros: The staff were great and very accommodating with my dog and very friendly, the food was good.
Cons: The carpets on the landings had seen better days
Pros: it is only about a mile out of Middlesbrough and 9 miles from Redcar so it is good there are shops and pubs around the area but it is a pub its self with reasonable prices we had a downstairs room as i am not good at walking anymore that was very helpful as i do not think they have lifts
Cons: with ours being a downstairs room we could hear the deep sounds of the music but it was turned down lster and was not too bad
Pros: the breakfast was satisfying well worth the money
Cons: I like green tea in the morning, that was`nt available, but it does say, you can get tea or coffee
Pros: Everthing was just as required
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Pros: Breakfast good and good value. Didn't get breakfast on last morning as server forgot me for 20 minutes so I had to leave for work

Pros: Nice bar
Cons: Filthy carpets
Pros: Very clean room, big comfy bed, had everything including a good bar and food.
With a stay at Chapters Hotel in Middlesbrough, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Yorkshire Moors and Middlesbrough Golf Club.
Pros: Breakfast was great.
Pros: It’s clean, in a lovely location, the breakfast is good and it is comfortable.
Cons: In the morning we had no hot water from either the shower or the tap. The only response was that someone would look at it later. I would have expected an effort to resolve matters. The shower was electric and possibly only needed a fuse changing
Cons: Disabled facilities were poor.
Pros: Room reasonable size Good shower if a bit noisy. Cooked breakfast
Cons: Bed mattress very firm - to uncomfortable for me. Continental breakfast minimal, very little choice, fruit either over or unripe. Coffee and tea at breakfast were tepid and not very nice. No bath mat for over bath shower so very slippy when taking a shower. Stains on carpet under bed. Poor design of room 8, built in shelves and cupboard meant no bedside tables and these were inconvenient for any items you need handy. One small towel rail in bathroom and door lock didn't work. Only two double power sockets and there were inconveniently located eg hair drier had restrict reach.
Cons: We have stayed in this hotel before, the last time was two years ago and the standards in the hotel have gone down. the room had cobwebs hanging from the lights only one light out of 6 in the bathroom working, only 2 lights in bedroom out of 5 working. no bar or food open on Sunday, massive crack on the bedroom ceiling and this room was the best the hotel had.
Pros: Comfortable nicely decorated room, plenty of seating options. Really appreciated the dressing area.
Cons: Should have been informed at breakfast that the dining room and bar would be closed that evening because there was a private party.
Pros: Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast included and freshly cooked. Plenty of choice at breakfast too. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Cons: Corridors and stairwells need a little tlc
Pros: Great location. Excellent price.
Pros: Breakfast excellent Location right in the town centre Staff courteous
Cons: Room had a damp smell Room cold even in August No hotel specific secure parking
With a stay at The Baltimore Hotel in Middlesbrough, you'll be a 3-minute drive from Riverside Stadium and 9 minutes from Yorkshire Moors. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, multilingual staff, and luggage storage.
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent breakfast options.
Cons: The door didn't open fully as the bed was in the way due to it being a small room.
Pros: Memory for my daughter who came with us. We stayed here when she enrolled at Teeside University. Took nephew and he liked the fact they had a pool room.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Pros: I loved it at the Baltimore me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay here the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help
Pros: We were encouraged to try Gordon’s pink gin which was delicious, staff all very friendly and helpful
Cons: Found the breakfast on first morning inedible just went for cereal and toast on second morning, bar menu very poor and unimaginative
Pros: Good location, comfy bed , lovely breakfast Helpful staff
Cons: Had large bed but too big as room very small and guessed was used as a single as they only had supplied towels and cup for one person. Certainly not big enough for 2 people, and it was advertised as a double . Ensuite was spoilt by very dirty shower screens an mould all round the top of inside tray so we wouldnt use it. Rest was very modern and clean. Need a new shower in there
Cons: Only thing rooms were very warm and stuffy no fans or air con but what can you expect for the good price
Pros: Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Cons: Great bed in a small room.
Pros: liked the location. rooms. breakfast and staff were very very pleasant

With a stay at The Blue Bell Hotel in Middlesbrough, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Yorkshire Moors and Riverside Stadium. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: 2nd room allocated was on the first floor and was a lot better.
Cons: First room allocated had cigarette burns in the carpet and window sill, only one bedside cabinet, bedside light on one side didn’t work and the shower was very very poor. Bitterly disappointed this time, I have stayed at the Bluebell on many occasions and always been happy, but not this time. I wouldn’t even give the first room 1.6.
Pros: breakfast was good, but some attention to detail was lacking. Juice and bread not restocked up, had to ask for some things.
Cons: The lock on our room door was faulty, but that was fixed.
Pros: The location was perfect as I was visiting family in the area. The staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and we had clean towels every day.
Cons: Bedroom furniture was dated, but serviceable. Breakfast was not freshly cooked, and service was slow, but I did notice only one member of staff to cook, serve and clear the tables.
Pros: Good location, staff friendly and helpful
Cons: Superior room was far from superior - missing lampshade and bulb on dressing table light - another bulb not working near dressing table. Only provided one hand towel
Pros: I had a booking for two rooms but they only had one available. They offered to split the beds and charge for one room.
Cons: The receptionist just kept us waiting with no explanation.
Pros: Provided a fan for the hot weather and provided late check in.
Cons: Cleanliness of the room was not acceptable, the floor was very dirty and the shower curtain had a horrible smell. Room service did not change our used towels and checking in took 30 minutes because they didn't prepare our booking before hand.
Pros: Lovely atmosphere, friendly helpful staff and always with a smile
Pros: Good position and free parking Staff were helpful and overall stay was quiet and comfy Room good for the price
Cons: Room decoration but expect would cost more to stay Believe there are newly decorated rooms for more so gives a selection of prices
Pros: Food choice. Pub on site.
Cons: Tired furniture, carpet in roo. Not clean, it was stained. Shower water pressure poor
Cons: Had a good experience and good location for the city centre
The Sporting Lodge Inn Middlesbrough offers a pleasant stay in Thornaby on Tees for those traveling for business or leisure. The hotel is located close to many of Thornaby on Tees's attractions including Omkara Beauty and The Oddies. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities.
Pros: The location was ideal and suited the reason for our visit to the area
Cons: The first day we asked to change rooms due to the fact that the plumbing did not work correctly and there was no double glazing. The second room was not as noisy although there was only one bedside lamp and the security lock on the door was broken. We left the room before lunch on the Saturday to attend a function and when arriving back at the hotel the room had been untouched with dirty towels still in the bath and the bed unmade. The paper/paint above the radiator was peeling off and their was dust all over the bathroom. Breakfast on the first morning was disgraceful, no eggs and very little else apart from continental even though we had paid for a full English breakfast.
Pros: Free parking
Cons: The smell and the noise
Pros: The leisure facility and good food in restaurant
Cons: The room was dated and dirty smell of smoke.
Pros: Great price Good gym (needs bigger free weights area, but still good) Good parking Good pool Great staff
Cons: Terrible internet - not good for downloading documents for work/movies on tablets etc. Rooms need a refresh and starting to date.
Pros: Prompt efficient and cheery reception staff.
Cons: No power sockets at bedside
Pros: Staff were very helpful
Cons: Very dated. Peeling paint on walls looks like it was last updated in the 1970s
Pros: - We came quite late, so we appreciated 24/7 reception. - Our bed was really comfortable.
Cons: First day we were missing teas and coffees next to our kettle but it´s something that we can live without and next day for some reason we had only one big towel.
Pros: Location was nice
Cons: Room wasnt clean dirty bathroom and bedding no heating
Pros: Breakfast was great, pool & sauna also great very little noise
Cons: chairs in room dirty, one felt sticky when sitting on it, the shower curtains need to be changed
Pros: Bed was OK - comfy, but that was only ting good with the room. Staff on reception in the morning, Zoe and another lady (Brown hair and glasses) were extremely helpful in the morning
Cons: Wifi was shocking so was unable to do work, the facilities for our conference was extremely poor.
Pros: I do like most of the arrangement in total.......Very good
Cons: yes, There is no fridge in the room for keeping any thing such as water and juice
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere and excellent breakfasts.
Cons: Mattress in room 107 quite soft!
Pros: Great value for money, good breakfast and with a swimming pool. Our room was well cleaned.
Cons: The place is showing its age a bit and needs a refresh in places. Reception and breakfast room staff are not the most customer focused I have ever met and the place would be much better if this was improved.
Pros: Comfortable, spacious bedroom; bright, clean bathroom, with a large bath and a powerful shower. Situated in green fields, only a mile or two out of Middlesbrough. Good choice of breakfast food.
Cons: Limited sunshine through the small windows of the Brakfast room.
Pros: Resturant is good.
Pros: Having access to a 25m pool, sauna and steam room.
Cons: State of decoration. You could feel all the springs in the mattress
Pros: The restaurant and sports centre are excellent
Cons: I had to ask on numerous occaisions for the tv to be fixed the phone to be fixed and a lightbulb to be changed. The rooms need to be redecorated to the same standard as the other facilities.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Poor service in restaurant, poor quality of food and incorrect/incomplete order served. Gym facilities excellent, changing facilities dirty
Cons: Parts of bar area and restaurant were too dark. Actually ended up with frosties instead of cornflakes at breakfast, as I couldnt see!
Pros: Excellent food and service in the restaurant
With a stay at The Fox Inn in Guisborough, you'll be steps from Yorkshire Moors and Guisborough Priory. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Bed comfy. clean room.staff friendly food was lovely.music a bit loud but you expect that over a pub.good value for money. if you just wont a base, food , somewere to sleep great place.
Cons: Had packet of half eaten biscuits on side .
Pros: BREAKFAST adequate and well served. Building is shortly due to be given a face over and upgraded,
Cons: There was no drinking glass/ or plastic cup in bathroom.
Pros: Cheap good location
Pros: Good ready to help staff,. Good food dinner and breakfast
Cons: Decor needs updating
Pros: Decent sized room, facilities were fine. The breakfast (additional £7pp) was good. The hotel (pub with room) is in the centre of Guisborough a short walk away from lots of other pubs and restaurants. We were walking the Cleveland Way and its about a mile (500ft descent) from the path and very easy to find. The manager was friendly and even carried one of our bags upstairs. The lady who cooked us breakfast was also very friendly and provided extra tea and coffee which was good. The rate was good and definitely better value than some of the other places we stayed on our trip. I have to say I was apprehensive about the Fox. I'd read some quite bad reviews but our stay was absolutely fine as was our evening in Guisborough itself.
Cons: The hotel has a problem with pigeons roosting above its front door. This means that the first thing you see when you arrive is a doorstep totally covered in pigeon c**p. I would have thought it wouldn't be too hard to install some anti-pigeon spikes to prevent this happening as its very unsightly. Apart from that I really don't have anything to complain about with the Fox.
Cons: The rooms and bar were run separately! The rooms were ok ! The bar was deserted Tuesday night 19:00 20:30 & 21:15 I found a nice pub down the Road and an Indian restaurant as well ,
Pros: Good location. Staff were friendly but direct and to the point. Everything kept straightforward and simple. Happy to store my bag until I was ready to leave town after checking out.
Cons: Shared toilet facilities. But reflected in the low price to be fair.
Pros: The breakfast was brilliant the chef was really friendly and the staff was also pleasant to chat to and ask questions.
Pros: Nice breakfast coffy beds nice rooms
Cons: Good location friendly place nice staff
Pros: Inexpensive upgrade to family room (as long as admin mistake doesn't mean being charged twice!); Staff members were generally helpful; Beds were comfortable enough
Cons: Noise levels on a Friday night (NO live band) disturbed sleep considerably. At around 10:30 I was awoken when someone decided The Human League needed to be pumped up to 11 on the volume dial, and it remained there until about 11:30. After that the custodians, who could finally hear each other speaking but were all now 95% deaf, enjoyed noisy exchanges that merged with those of other revellers and lasted until 2:30. In short: weekend nights here don’t seem a good idea; The room wasn’t fully ready (no cups, saucers, spoons, and the remote control didn’t work); The bath plug was already broken and then got stuck under the pressure of a modestly filled bath; The toilet seat wasn’t properly secured and kept sliding around; (Veggie) Breakfast was very basic for £6 and, though nice enough, was not satisfying; After everything else, I now find the room upgrade I accepted was done in a way that makes booking.com view it as a chargeable cancellation, so have the headache of making sure I'm not charged twice (!)

Pros: Comfortable, quiet, clean
Pros: food was very good and excellent value
Cons: No mobile phone signal
Located in Middlesbrough, Tees Valley Apartments is within a 15-minute drive of Yorkshire Moors and Riverside Stadium.
Pros: It has most things you need in an apartment for short or long stays.
Cons: It is not the most clean or hygienic place you will find. During our stay we saw a mouse in the kitchen area, wouldn't recommended if you can find sonewhere else to stay
Pros: Nothing, we decided not to book in.
Cons: It was far from the four star that was expected.
Pros: Good apartments and close to where we were working.
Pros: Apartment was clean, comfortable and had good facilities. No problem with noise and location is within walking distance from shopping.
Cons: Requested ground floor and enough beds for 5 people which we didn't get but it was quickly sorted out by staff.
Pros: Good to have parking, and location was central. Having a kitchen was handy as well as having 2 bathrooms.
Cons: Very noisy neighborhood. No A/C Non stop egg smell emitting from ensuite bathroom. Tiny shower. No instructions given for clothes washer, dishwashe and tv. No clothes dryer. Light outside room wasnt bright enough ro see code panel properly. Stove knobs were broken but bottom stove worked alright. The mattress in the master bedroom was too big for the base and was boney. Carpets were disgusting and need a real good wash or removed completely.
Cons: The place wasn't clean. The sink was blocked and the mattress had loose springs.
Pros: Neat apartment
Cons: The main toilet was not clean. It had skid marks in the chamber. The en-suite toilet has a smell that might be a sewer type problem .
Cons: Ants in Flat 7
Cons: Everything - dark, smelly, damp, mushrooms growing out the side of the walls, carpet wet, wouldn't let my dog stay here
Pros: The property was literally a home from home and provided everything you would need
Cons: I booked the room on the basis that it would sleep 3 with one double bed and a sofa bed. No sofa bed was provided. Two seater sofas were but neither was a comfortable option for a good nights sleep without having to fold yourself in half
