Pros: The crew was very very helpful. Excellent flight

Cons: Justfly.com is awful and I wish kayak would stop sending customers to it. I will no longer use kayak because this is the second time my ticket has ended up being purchased through justfly.

Pros: Solid and professional connecting flight.

Pros: Wine and food on flight, nice crew

Cons: The people at the ytz airport missed our boarding call and then had to tell us in person to board and our flight was late.

Pros: Crew good! Seats uncomfortable as usual

Cons: Transfer of luggage from one plane to this Victoria flight. Delayed 30 minutes.

Cons: I don’t like the charge for checked bag. It encourages people to bring too many and too large bags onto the plane.

Pros: Very professional and dilligent staff helping th elderly with utmost care. the flight was clock work on time and well aided by the cabin crew. Overall aces high !!! Keep it flying

Pros: Friendly staff at boarding and on the plane Coffee was nice and hot

Pros: It’s been a while since I have flown United, but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the crew on both of my flights were. I flew basic economy and was treated better and had as much leg room as with “upgraded service” from another carrier with an American name. After this experience I’ll go out of my way to book on United. Thanks

Pros: Business class amenities

Cons: Luggage drop off taking over 45 minutes (for Business Class) was not acceptable.

Pros: Crew was great. I had almost the first half of the airplane to myself and got to lay down as my flight was 1230 midnight
