Pros: Everything top!
Pros: Good communication, fast response to booking and questions. Very good for business travelers. Private Parking, late check-inn. Very nice breakfast, good bread. Clean, Good facilities: fridge, Wifi, water cooker/coffee, hair dryer, locker etc. 2 different pillows. Efficient layout in a small room. Lights are nice. Attention for detail. Good quality furniture, bath (room), etc. Close to high/motor-way. Lots of TV-channels in different languages. Nice garden. Very good price-value (for single traveler). Room is quite small for couple.
Cons: I did not really like the mattress, a bit soft and I personally prefer a double bed in stead of 2 singles. But I slept good. One mayor issue is that you can not open a window (at night); this would be a reason for my girlfriend to not go there (again). Personal communication was a bit distant. Backed egg was already waiting for me and a very fast is "everything ok?" was all at breakfast and when receiving me at night. I think in general people choose a B&B in stead of a hotel for the personal attention/communication too. Some people do not of course, but I think this is to the owner to try to find out (ps. quiet stay is selected automatically/standard by booking for business travelers). Tip: I looked for the wifi password for 5-10 minutes, it was on the side of the closet (maybe a coincidence that I did not look there before), where it is normally often on a plasticized paper in a draw or on a folded paper triangle on the desk.
Pros: Super friendly owners.
Pros: The person in charge, the owner and their attention, care and hospitability.

Pros: Very nice room, clean, silent, simply perfect. Very good breakfast buffet.
Pros: Probably one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in, you will not be disappointed. Karin is a super host and the location is perfect.
Pros: The owners are super kind and helpful! Breakfast very good and tasty! And if you need to be up super early to head to the forest for morning photography you can either arrange for Karin to make a breakfast (or take away sandwiches) waiting for you in the fridge or make breakfast on your own. This I liked a lot!
Pros: Everything else, breakfast in the terrace was nice.
Cons: No A/C yet but u understand it is coming!
Pros: Very near the city center, very neatly decorated and kept clean !
Cons: The only MINOR thing was the space while sitting on the toilet.
Pros: Convenient location. Helpful staff. Quiet
Pros: Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the beautiful town. Spotlessly clean rooms and beautiful decor. Breakfast was delicious consisting of full continental breakfast plus cooked breakfast should you wish. Home made muesli, jams and cakes which tasted delicious. Lovely welcome from hosts who offered friendly advice on places to go and see. Home from home.
Pros: The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. I asked them to book me a taxi to go to a Meeting. The owner just drove me in her own car
Pros: Karin was warm and friendly with helpful relevant local information. Great selection of fresh food for breakfast. Room was spotless and fully equipped. Definitely recommend Kauai 16
Cons: Everything was fine

Cons: Paying €7 for a bottle of water.
Pros: Very nice staff and owners. Gave us good information on the Hallerbos forest to photograph. Meals were very good.
Cons: No towel racks in the bathroom.
Pros: All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome in a foreign country, and did their best to speak to us in our language (English!)
Cons: To us as English people the waiting time for meals to be served was excessive.
Pros: Staff is excellent, esp. for dinner in restaurant & also breakfast...
Pros: The warm contact from the staff.
Pros: Nice size room and great breakfast
Cons: Very nice hotel with good size rooms and great restaurant. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. I was booked for 4 nights on a business trip and had to checkout one day early but I was not charged for the 4th night which was very good of them since I gave very short notice. I would recommend this hotel to both business and pleasure travelers.
Pros: Dissapointing. B&B-quality. Lousy, simple breakfast. Unfinished bathroom. Bad location, little parking-place. Price much too high!! No airconditioning!
Cons: Bathroom, breakfast, location, no airconditioning, no tourism info of region
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Large room with a good bed.
Cons: The curtains didn't keep out the light.
